Stone Kitchens, amazing! I was not an easy person to work with. lol. I knew what I didn’t want but didn’t know what I wanted. I love my new granite countertops. They are perfect. Everyone were very professional from beginning to the end of the project. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Stone Kitchens wasn't on my radar initially. Situated nearly 1-1/2 hours away, my search was centered on local installers, attempting to balance factors like stone availability, the quality of their fabrication facility, and their proficiency in templating my kitchen.After expressing my struggles of deciding both on material and installer, a close friend mentioned Stone Kitchens, a place in which he had a professional affiliation. He happened to be en route to meet Stone Kitchens' owner and generously offered to introduce me over-the-phone upon his arrival. Shortly thereafter, a gentleman joined our call. In less than 5 minutes, it was evident that this individual exuded a profound sense of pride and commitment to delivering top-notch service through his company. His comprehensive knowledge of stone materials and articulate explanation of the templating-to-installation process left a lasting impression. Encountering someone so deeply invested in their profession was undeniably refreshing.Upon describing the specific stone I sought, he promptly provided his and his associate's email addresses, urging me to forward the kitchen measurements. Within a few days, I received a detailed quote from his colleague. The conversation was effortlessly continued with the same dedication to quality and craftsmanship as the original contact, capturing my attention once more. Within a few days, I was looking at an image of the perfect stone for our project.Impressed by the stone's quality, I also decided on a full waterfall backsplash. Following a deposit, another company-counterpart arrived to complete the template. Using a specialized scanning machine mounted on a tripod, he meticulously crafted a digital blueprint, capturing precise distances and measurements of every element in the kitchen. The level of precision and dedication exhibited during the templating process was exceptional, mirroring the caliber of every previous interaction with Stone Kitchens. It was as if I had met yet another one of the business owners.Leveraging cutting-edge digital graphing and modeling technology, their technological prowess had extended to scanning stone slabs and creating a digital layout to optimize efficiency and minimize material waste—a truly remarkable process. I was even sent a digital layout prior to the stone being cut and installed.The much-anticipated installation day arrived, the project slated for completion over two days—one for the countertop and another for the backsplash.Upon the arrival of the installation crew, I immediately noticed each team member exuding an infectious enthusiasm and unmistakable pride in their work. It's remarkable to encounter a business where every individual seamlessly embodies the same commitment to excellence. Each person seemed vested in the company's success, treating the client with an ownership-like dedication. It was as though one individual had been cloned to perform every task—an exceptional feat achieved by this company.After the first day's installation, they meticulously arranged for templates to be remeasured, ensuring the second day's precision matched the first.Being an engineer with a penchant for detail, I tend to scrutinize things closely. These professionals, however, left no stone unturned. They considered minute nuances, foreseeing potential issues such as cabinet doors brushing against countertops and ensuring precise spacing for cabinet base lips. Every aspect was carefully orchestrated, leaving me and my family in absolute awe of the final product.The seamlessness of the joints and the harmonious integration of every element formed a stunning, cohesive piece. Great team at Stone Kitchens! Ours was a small job...replacing granite tops on three pieces of furniture that the movers had broken. We had many options including some remnant pieces of a high quality level granite at a value level price. Though our job was small on a relative basis, we always felt important and were kept well informed as the work was completed and ultimately delivered. Timely. And beautiful! Thanks to Kristen and the rest of the team for helping us get settled in our new home!

Carrie, Kristen, and crew were wonderful to work with throughout the process of shopping, purchasing, and the installation of my countertop. Carrie and Kristen are very knowledgeable about their products, willing to explain and answer any questions, and very patient. They were welcoming, professional, and efficient. I absolutely love my countertops; they are the 'star of the show' in my new remodeled kitchen.

My wife and i had an absolutely abhorrent experience. We made an appointment and came in. We spoke briefly with a sales lady and filled out the i formation requested. We had recently purchased a new home and were looking to commit to something fairly quickly. We were walked through the show yard with what was available and found one the we were considering. We re entered the office and were given back splash tiledWe liked to take to the yard and see with countertops. The sales lady said she would work up some numbers for us and let us know. Not five minutes later she came back out to the yard while were looking and discussing options and took the backsplash from us and rushed us out the door giving the impression we were not wanted. We neither did or said anything to receive this and were confused. We were told we would be contacted in a few days as they would not be able to finish working the numbers up for us right away like they told us they would. The sales lady was rude and rushed us out making my wife feel horrible as though we were jot worth their time and/or our business was not wanted. We dod jot say that we could pay. Ash and were ready to move quickly on the right countertops, but we made it clear were were wanting to do something quickly. This type of treatment and ignorance was reported and brushed aside as unimportant. I wound up hiring a professional who does it with his father. He was rightfully proud of his work and strict in his desires for products to work with and to ensure everything was done to his high standards and i will be recommending him to any And everyone and steering ALL away from this business. I took about 2 months between writing this and this happening so i could not be considered upset and irrational in my reaction.

Amazing customer service and their quality of work is so amazing! The have an eye for detail and are very creative. They definitely put the customer first! Highly recommend working with Stone Kitchens! Thank you so much for my custom beautiful granite countertops! They sparkle in the sunshine which will always remind me of the great experience we had working with everyone at Stone Kitchens!

As an installer of outdoor living spaces we have used several companies over the years. Stone kitchens is by far the best quality and service around. They charge a little more than some of the competitors but you get what you pay for. Worth every dime!
