The last time I was there that's when I found out that it wasn't Chevrolet anymore and that the prices went up and everything Chevrolet offered you when you got your vehicle the new owners don' honor you anything that Chevrolet had to offer I feel like it was a setup and now it's $150 for a diagnostic that's crazy I've been trying to have them look at my sensors but they didn't have any workers at the time now it's $150 just for a diagnostic

This collision center has treated me great! I received weekly updates, anytime I had a question I would call and Kim always happily answered my questions without sounding frustrated. The other person who works in the office I wish I remembered her name was also great and always expressed if I had any questions to feel free and call. Thank you for turning my nightmare of a car crash into a great repair experience!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Their Service Dept. is WAY to expensive for stuff and when they were Taylor they had a mechanic that was suppose to do an oil change on my vehicle ( which I paid for ) BUT he actually DIDN'T do it. I know this because on my very next oil change I took my vehicle somewhere else and the mechanic at this other place said that my oil and filter was so bad he would have sworn I had over 100,000 miles on my vehicle which I didn't ( not even close ). He even showed me the filter and oil so that I could see how bad it was.

They used deceit to get us to their dealership. While that statement is nothing new for a place such as this: choosing to lie to me after over a week of communication, just to make us drive an hour to be told we were lied to left a bitterness in my view of this establishment.

Had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and thought I'd be in and out by 11;00 at the latest. They informed me that their was an update per GM for the radio. I could reschedule for the update or let them do it now. I agreed to wait and then was told the update was taking much longer than expected...not their fault but I would have thought they would have had a good idea about how long it would take. If I had known I was going to be there for 2 1/2 hours I would have rescheduled... I finally left there shortly before 12;30. I watched the tech close my hood and he left a big hand print on it. I am particular about my vehicles and think he could have prevented that. The service department couldn't give me a receipt because they hadn't received the necessary information from GM yet. They said they would email it to me but I haven't received it yet. It's been one week so I'll have to call them about the receipt.

If all I could do is give everyone a word of advice from my experience with Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage. I took my 2015 Chevy Colorado to Taylor Chevrolet to possibly trade in on a 2019 Chevy trax.. The sales person I started with was the worst.. Then I had a sales manager by the name of Chris Kurtz told me he had to detuct $300.00 dollars from my trade in because my truck needed front brakes and rotors.. But they never replaced the front brakes or rotors before selling to the next person..but they did slap a new inspection sticker and emissions sticker on it I'm sure they never checked it before doing so.. When I told another manager by the name of rich Dietrich what Chris Kurtz had done I got told by rich Dietrich sometimes they make money off of telling customers this so they can deduct money from their trade in.. But rich dietrich did agree and he did give me back $150.00 which was half of the $300.00 that Chris Kurtz had wrongfully and what I consider illegally held on to my money.. And as part of the trade in they tell a customer that the first 2 years the service is included but because of all the lies and wrongful stuff that got done to me I got told the first 3 years of service was included.. Which is another lie and scam by Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage does to customers.. I will let all of my family and friends and everyone I meet to not trust Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage.. It's a shame that Chevy Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage has gotten so greedy that they need to lie to customers so they can rip them off. Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage has taught Chris Kurtz and rich Dietrich and the ones that work their to lie and rip customers off really well.. I believe that Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage should be fined and losing their inspection permite and the one that puts the insertion stickers on used vehicles without even checking them out should be fined and lose their inspection license for ever.. Starting tomorrow I will start checking who to talk to about Taylor Chevrolet of hermitage

They have terrible service techs. The only thing they do is rotate tires and oil changes. It took 1year to correct 2 things from recalls and reset the computer. They had to BRING someone else to Do it... Never get your Toyota service there

First the salesman was professional- trying his best to earn a commission. Then securing the information needed to execute the contract was not easy to come by since I didn’t live within the state; However I made it very easy to get the information they needed to seal the deal until this pandemic came about that prevented lots of transactions from occurring on many different ends. Most importantly-my DL for this state. They gave me a vehicle off their showroom floor to purchase with NMD That same day they gave me a vehicle and registration to ride on dealer tags. They also told me my bank has picked up my loan and my trade-in was taken care of with rebates! Well my bank isn’t open on Saturdays and they knew nothing about this loan and the only thing I had from this vehicle was a form they gave as a registration for me to drive with their tags. Fast forward I had moved, gave salesman a copy of my lease and due to pandemic hardship, applied for a loan at my bank, they communicate with each other and deduce that the addresses doesn’t match so this dealership wants to pull more credit and go back to the SAME PLACES!!!! This infuriates me when I get home later one evening after speaking to them and telling these people at the dealership not to pull my credit but making sure they have updated information that I wasn’t able to relay to salesman because he would never return my calls over a course of several weeks. Now I speak to finance manager and express my griefs and I get a call from salesman stating I need to return my vehicle because the bank is not financing it any longer! I was given 24 hours to get that matter fixed or bring vehicle back- I got text from salesman @5pm next day when I got off work asking if I got hold of them? 20 minutes later same person now... the one that would NOT return any of MY CALLS! Demanding a response or else the dealership would have to report the vehicle stolen!!!! Can you believe this here!?!? I went off on him because one that’s a threat! And I told him so and 2. Don’t ever send me another threatening message like that again in life! He said. This is Taylor’s protocol to “send idol threats such as this to customers “ and they think people want to do business with them afterwards? Why?!? So I gave my terms and that’s how they will receive this vehicle on my day off and not in the middle of some three ring circus act!!!
