I ordered a washer/dryer to be delivered online. It went on sale a week after I placed the order so I called customer service and asked to have the lower price since it had not shipped at the time. The customer service rep told me that their policy was to give me the lower price but their system wouldn't let her give me the lower price. I told her not to do anything with my order. Instead of leaving my order alone, she cancelled my order. Despite the order being cancelled, I received an email a week before it was scheduled to be delivered telling me to prepare because the order was still being delivered. I discovered that Home Depot lied to me about my order when it was not delivered and I called to ask where it was. This is the second, and last, time I've had problems with Home Depot when ordering something that they don't have in stock. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they refuse to overnight the order that they messed up to me to make up for their mistake! This is costing me money because I have to cancel my plans due to their terrible customer service and refusal to fix their mistake. Never, ever order anything from Home Depot unless you want to have a bad experience.

Employees are very careless, Called to return a damaged dryer nobody answered so I had to go to the store to try and return it. Went to the store and they wouldn't even refund it only exchange it.

I wouldn't recommend this store at all. I called to see if they carried something and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude and completely unhelpful her tone with me told me how the employees treat customers. It completely turned me away from buying anything from this store and its location.

I have to say I don't buy a lot of things from Home Depot unless it is a project that requires me to do so. However in the past month I have been there several times. I had and issue and asked to speak to the manager. The Manager I spoke with was named Rob D. he was the greatest. He did everything in his power to help me both times I was in there having trouble. My hat goes off to you Rob D. Thank you for all you have done to make me a Home Depot returning customer.

I came in during on a pretty slow evening. I needed to get three basic things. Something to kill ants, paint, and finishing nails. I got my nails and then headed to the aisle for pest control products. After trying to figure out what was best to buy I looked around for a sales associate. Of course when I found someone in the neighboring aisle he disappeared when he wrapped up with his current customer. So I picked something on my own. Then I head to paint where the only person working that section is trying and failing to find paint for a women who doesn't know what she wants. I waited there for 20 minutes with another women neither of us were ever spoken to. Another associate showed up and after another 5 minutes or so I set my products down and left.

Overall was satisfied with the store.Only complaints are lack of stock on counter tops needed a 10' that day but it had to be ordered, so I got one at Menards the same day.Also some of the wood was still wet and had black mold on it which should of had been removed.

Stephanie seems to have issue with finding product it is been ordered for over two months. They claim they’re going to cancel our order for appliances… Yet they cannot seem to find the flooring we ordered and already paid for. Maybe Miss Stephanie can explain how to put appliances in prior to the flooring. Oh and that shower that was ordered you know the one that’s in Meadville I could hook up the sled dog team and get it to me quicker than you guys seem to be able to… Have not got that yet or the faucets either that are sitting on your counter

Appliances! A whole suite of Samsung for less than $1800. !! So I could order 12 ft of Granite counter which was also 30% off! Amazing steals and deals for renovations. Beautiful Ella's stainless steel under mount 10" deep sink ( with $ 200 faucet) for only &300.!!And Hampton Bay cabinets finished @ 10% off. I shopped 3weeks and tried to beat these deals - and couldn't!!!Jack was the man for appliances and Cheyenne was our go to Associate for kitchen and bath. If you have a card you've got the offer for 0% for 12 months - but Cheyenne turned that into 24 months and took us to other depts. to add ceiling fans, full shower kits, lighting, and faucets and drains for everything = all to be combined into that 24 month plan! Wow! How can you do better? Feeling grateful

Very disappointed in how they handle the lumber loading area. They have someone standing inside the main door to say hello but no one to monitor the loading area. People park there that aren't even getting anything to load. They need to pay attention to this issue.
