Staff is rude, and pricing is always unclear.Prices: Shelf price tags usually contain upwards of 3 different amounts, but without reading the extra fine print you may not realize that the lowest prices require the Walgreens app and log in. If you ask the staff at the counter about the price discrepancy, you’ll receive a snide remark like “Too bad. Everything is done online these days.”Pharmacy: prescriptions take incredibly long periods of time to prepare. I’ve been quoted “20 minutes” and returned later for pick up only to be told “20 more minutes” : that Rx ultimately took 2 days before it was ready, the pharmacy was out of the drug that I needed.Another Rx was sent in from my Dr and when I stopped by for picked up several hours later, I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Returned the following day, to learn that the Rx was either never received or accidentally deleted. I had to ask my Dr to resend (he promised that the first Rx had gone through). So I waited another day and half to get my urgent Rx.Never again will I go here.

I would give zero stars if I could because this place is a dump. Not only will I never go back there again, they are a scam. They like to display one price on the shelf, and then ring it up much higher at the counter. Now I'm pretty good on the Internet, but I could imagine they've been ripping off a lot of old people for a while, because old people can't figure out how to get logged in on the app to try to get the advertised price. In my opinion this is totally illegal and unethical. Plus everybody who works here is rude.

This product was amazing when I first bought and used it, but the batteries stopped working my 3rd use. I changed the batteries and the unit quit working all together. I bought another unit and the same thing happened. I am out $200 and have no relief. 100% DON'T RECOMMEND

The pharmacists and techs at this Walgreens should be fired. I have never once filled a prescription here without issue. They either lie and say the doctor didn’t send it or my favorite was that there was a “system glitch” and they can only give me my medication for full price. Meanwhile, I’m now out of my necessary medication that I’ve been trying to fill for 6 days now. There should be a way to report this pharmacy for negligence.

Called the pharmacy to see if pills were in. Which they weren't this was the third time that I was told they were on backorder. When I questioned it I was told she doesn't make them in the bathroom. This lady should learn how to talk to the customer.

I have been trying for 2 days to reach the pharmacist. I listen to all their prompts ( I know when the pharmacist goes to lunch) I finally am to be transferred and I get hung on. Poorly run business. Need to have a better administrative staff.

I stopped to get one thing on the way home from work they did have the Valentines candy l was looking for but there was only 1 cashier and a long line but the worst part was the cashier the customer in front of me has an HSA card to use and when there was an issue the cashier rudely said what is the problem now. The customer just paid for her things and let her coment go but it really botherd me that Walgreens wants that kind of attitude representing them.

They don't take upmc insurance through my employer, only medicaid and other government insurance, and instead of calling rite-aid themselves they made me drive over to have rite-aid call them so my script can be transferred to them. Ridiculous. I will never recommend a place that doesn't take an insurance card that every other place in the country takes.
