I decided to have Walmart install tires on my car this morning despite these poor reviews. I was very impressed with these guys and how hard they worked to process me. 2 front tires mounted , balanced, and installed in 30 minutes. Real happy with the all round experience, quality, and price ! So, why the bad reviews ??,??? After watching what goes on there I will risk offering my thoughts. All the time I was there around 9 to 10am these guys were busting their butts. They were courteous but very busy. Too busy to answer the phone ringing off the hook. From what I saw I would hire these guys any day. I will be going back !!!!! Like everything else going on today it is just like the hospitals short of qualified nurses. Who wants to mount tires when you can work at KFC for $12 hrs? These guys are OK in my book.Service: Tires

Absolutely horrendous. No appointments so first come first serve. Well the center was short staffed as usual. The first time I went in the young lady was swamped I mean checking people out with carts and still talked with guys and seen how long it may be for me. It was clearly a 2 hour wait. Having worked at Sears auto center this time of year we were swamped but if sales person sold 4 tires at 5 minutes to closing. You was putting on 4 tires till you was done. We also had the greatest customer appreciation bonuses it was very odd not to. Hey if these generations ahead have the employer treating them right they treat customers right. The next few occasions a week later late afternoon early evening again short staffed not able to get 4 tires mounted and balanced an flat repair done. Went back same dark haired young lady tells me they decided to close early cause they was short staffed. Last visit in mid day late morning. Gave me an outrageous price and a 2 HR wait I was like 4th person there 2 cars inside and 3 me included outside. The blonde young lady and Bill the technician and another technician were plugging away. The one evening I went out I'm only vehicle out there and they was standing talking while I was walking to my car.

Gave me attitude when I asked them to rebalance a tire because the balanced it wrong. Wheel weights only go on 1 spot on each side of the rim. When you have 2 weights separated on 1 side of the rim its wrong, the first weight wasn't placed correctly and it threw the balance off requiring more weight to correct an imbalance that isn't there I wish more people would understand this and they would tell the employees thatService: Tires

2 hour wait just to put on 2 new tires. Then not even 3 hours later I had to call AAA to put on spare tire because I got a flat tire. Tire was not sealed properly!! We need to all get together for the poor service & damage done to our vehicles and sue them for the extra cost that they have caused us for poor mechanics that they call employees or service technicians at their business.Services: Auto tire replacement

Got here at 4:00pm to get 4 tires changed and was told there was a little bit of a wait about 1-1/2hrs so I decided to wait. It's not 7:10 and I'm still waiting for my car. Not impressed. It is my girlfriends birthday and she has to go to work at 8:00 tonight so she will prob be gone by the time I get home. If I would have known that it would take double the time I'd have not stayed and had her drop me off on her way to work. Very poor service not at all happy with it. I'll let you know if I have problems with the tires

Bad experience! First off nobody answers the phone when you call. So I went up there. It was going to be 1 1/2 wait to get oil changed. So checked my car in and went shopping. I got a text message to say car was done. 2017 Chevy traks . When I got back there to pick it up. The guy called the mechanic up to talk toe. He explained he emptied the oil out of my car. But did not have the correct oil filter and they didn't carry them. So he had to put the oil back in my car but didn't change the filter! They didn't charge me for the oil change. That was a big waste of the.ill never go back againService: Oil change

Service was pretty fast and pricing was fantastic. I will say that as a mechanic myself, they could have been a little cleaner with my rims and tires. Other then that it was a good experience.

We stopped here for an oil change after being turned away by a competitor where we had a scheduled appointment. Very friendly Walmart employees showed us where to park, guided us inside, explained our options and how long they expected the service to take. They offered but did not pressure us on upsells. We were in and out in under 5 minutes for the drop-off, and left to do some shopping. They called us when one of our service choices was unavailable due to the year of the vehicle. Great experience, great employees.

Service was pretty fast and pricing was fantastic. I will say that as a mechanic myself, they could have been a little cleaner with my rims and tires. Other then that it was a good experience.

Told them I needed a new tire, they said I didn't and replaced my sensors. 25 minutes later I'm on the freeway with a flat and damage to my car.

They rotated my tires along with an oil change but when i came to pick up my car they had a list of sensor lights that came on (mainly brake related) that were not on when i dropped it off. I qent to have a mechanic look at my vehicle but he suggested to go back and have them reset the sensors bx it could of been bumped. The cou ter manager was very rude, tried to argue and play stupid (saying we are not certified) which to me screamed guilty of covering for the laborers. A general manager came and said she would have anorher manager, John, call me. I went back to the certified mechanic and paid to have them check my car b/c i wanted to be safe n my breaks are fine, its a right rear sensor that i will have them fix. I would of just wanted the courtesy of being told it had lights on prior (between ne parking it and them bringing it into garage is their story) and suggested it needed looked at for my safety. According to John they dont check sensor lights so guess its a mute point. After the rudeness and disrespect of the counter manager i wont be back now anyway. I assumed walmart hired better than that but gives me a bad sense of competence of the store (tho the lady manager cordial) John who called at 7am said he was there at 7pm and wirnessed my lights which is hard to believe - It is what it is but they wont see me there again.Service: Wheel alignment

Just buy tires online. Cut out middle man Walmart. Wont let you set appointment unless you have tires on hand.. They buy from priority tire, which is hit and miss too.

They can only change oil and aren't helpful with advice other than saying it's something they can't do.
