Over the last week and a half I have been trying to get a little bit of customer support. I have lost track of how many times I have called, although I’ve left two messages for the agent in charge and two at the front desk, and sent a message to my agent on the website (“we try to answer within 24 to 48 hours” they say) and I’m yet to get any reply from anyone, I am yet to speak to anyone, and all I have is a routine question. Two minutes of anyone’s time and a few keystrokes on their computer could bring me some peace of mind. I am truly dumbfounded.

It's a shame that one star is even a option they don't even deserve that I called two days In a row with a question both ladies were very rude and unprofessional about it anything you need done takes minimum two weeks just to get paperwork plus another two weeks for them to get back to you monkeys could do their job better and faster.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!! tried to close my account 3 times no one answers and I get charged again. This is the most unprofessional financial company around. Absolutely awful!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are extremely unprofessional and do not answer client questions even when emailed and called several times. I can’t even believe that people like this place.
