“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”

“Nobody likes having an unfortunate accident... And in my case, I'm still beating myself up. Wheelchair user with hand controls. I have one car and getting a loaner just doesn't make any sense as I work from home, But I still need my car. As backed up as they were they still said "bring it on in we'll get er' done". It took a few weeks but I think they were faster and way more accurate than most around my area. They had no problem with me checking in and they were as friendly as could be when I called them on the phone for updates. The work, I have no words. It was a stupid fender bender but it really destroyed the front end of my car and I can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. It looks better than it looked before the accident. Can't recommend Simpsons body shop enough! Thanks so much for all the great work you guys did!!!! You will be recommended for any work in the future.”

“I searched high and low for a steering shaft for a 1994 dodge b350 with no luck. Steering shaft companies, amazon, Google, junk yards, drive shaft/u-joint specialist, machinists.... nothing. I was ready to give up when I went to their open house and saw they had all the individual parts to make one. I stopped in unannounced and asked them if they could help me. They made one while I waited! These guys are awesome and do amazing work!Service: Welding”
