There were rather large dust-bunnies containing quite a bit of dark curly hair both underneath the desk and behind the bathroom door, additionally the ice bucket (which is inexplicably kept in the bathroom) had a thick layer of dust on it - so housekeeping definitely left a lot to be desired.
There isn’t a smart TV so you’re stuck with basic cable unless you bring a laptop or tablet, however the WiFi is not secure and requires no PW - so I would not connect to it from any device that stores your sensitive information.
It was quiet, the towels are nice, and for the price I guess its fine.

We are staying at the red roof inn which is apparently ran by the best Western in the same parking lot. We ordered door dash and they delivered it to the best Western instead of the red roof inn. The cleaning crew decided to eat the food instead of taking it to the front desk and then the manager told us too bad there was nothing they would do about it 🤷♀️. It was $80 worth of food after a 13 hour drive and their response was deal with it? Shit customer service and employees
I wanted to come back and edit this since the manager came to our room and apologized and gave us 50$ in cash (since doordash refused to refund our money because they had pictures of delivery even tho it was the wrong building) She also told us that they were going to start implementing a rule where all deliveries have to be dropped at the front desk to stop this from happening again. situation still sucked but we appreciated the customer service and hopefully this change helps in the future.

This hotel needs much improvement. the water in the shower was freezing and the front desk representative did not seem to care. It was also very loud at night with guests running above us.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We booked over the phone at 2am after traveling all night with our toddler. When we showed up 10 minutes after booking the reservation, staff argued with us saying we could not check in despite looking at our reservation confirmation. We were basically told to call corporate and when we did, they shrugged and said they didn’t know what to do. We spent an hour on the phone and talking to the staff in the lobby, and now have to call back again tomorrow to get refunded. We were offered a room at the dumpy Red Roof Inn across the parking lot which we declined due to reviews mentioning roaches and mysterious stains in the room. Had to go to another hotel 20 minutes away where the reservation/check in process was effortless. Not sure why this was such an issue with them.

Usually stay at the days inn by the park or get a VRBO/Airbnb but everything was booked. Stayed here and was not impressed. Room we first had smelled like pure sewage. Went to the front desk and got the room changed the staff was very helpful. And also the shower would not get hot at all in both rooms. Lukewarm for a couple minutes every 10 minutes or so. Only stay here if you need too.

The building seemed clean and new. But upon entering and checking in, it is apparent this is just “polishing”. The elevator made terrible noises while going up or down. All the staff I encountered were not friendly and I had a maid bring dirty turndown bins on an already crowded elevator like we were in her way. The room smelled of mildew and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The water pressure was non existent to the point you couldn’t take a decent shower. We will not be returning to this hotel. Ever. Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a hotel that matches the reviews.

The hotel itself is very good, the rooms very comfortable. The experience was spoiled by unpleasant staff, the welcome was borderline polite, the exchanges were limited to giving a credit card and the model of the car. Once again breakfast is a logistical disaster: the serving room is 20m2 and the seating capacity is much lower than the number of customers. Each time we took our little one up to the room. The trash cans are overflowing and we only see the staff at 9:30 a.m. sharp to close access to breakfast. Damage

i really needed sleep but the air conditioner was necessary to be on sounded like a helicopter in our room trying to take off.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would, this was by far the smelliest and dirtiest hotel ever, lady at front desk was nasty, card didn’t work, refrigerator was broken, there was an alarm that went off at 5am, and the worst part was that there was a pair of balled up panties lying on the floor. I would not make the mistake of staying here. Katelynn was very nice, thank you Katelynn I appreciate you

Pros: good location near Hershey Park, clean/newer rooms, decent free breakfast
Cons: took awhile to check in as only one person working at 4pm, no hot water (even at midnight)

Very good for a bestwestern, not too expensive, free breakfast, and a pretty convenient location. There is also an essentials store in the downstairs.
Rooms: Clean, average sized rooms with a microwave, tv, and coffee maker.
Nearby activities: Hershey park and the historic hershey factory are nearby.
Noteworthy details: Indoor pool and gym.

As soon as I entered the room the room had a horrible smell. Turned the light on and there was a cockroach running to hide in the hairdryer by the wall. I checked the bed for bed bugs no bed bugs but the the bottom sheets had yellow stains in random places. I couldn’t even stay the night. The person upfront Did Not tell me I was staying in the old side of the hotel. This place is truly disgusting

Stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway. Really enjoy staying with Best Western Plus. This location was very nice. Accommodations were nice, the only downside was the walk in shower was not cleaned well, maybe at all since last use, as there was hair on the walls and drain.
The included breakfast was on point with all of the others I have stayed at. There is an Indoor pool at this location, but it is very small.
