Doesn’t open the store on time. I just showed up with my child to get new hiking boots. It’s 10 after 10am. The doors are locked and the phone rings off the hook. We’re taking our business elsewhere. This looks terrible for the business. All the other stores are open.

Went here during Christmas shopping. Was greeted, the place was organized and stock, workers was eager to help, and checking out was fast and cs was nice.

We live in Portland OR and are in Hershey for a family reunion. Just so happened that this Columbia Factory Store just opened so we had to check it out. True to the quality of Columbia, this location is top notch! They have a great selection and a little bit of something for everyone. The employee are so knowledgeable and friendly. I wish them great success in this newest location!

In all of my 23 years of life, I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience. I think about how amazing Columbia Sportswear is on a daily basis. I cannot think of a better way to spend my time than to shop at Columbia Sportswear
