I needed my medication and my doctor said to call ahead so that we could pick it up right at 8 when they close. i understand it’s a hard job but my doctor said it’s an easy prescription to fill and we called 20 min ahead and couldn’t even get a person on the line we were stuck in an automated loop. when we called a second time and finally got a person she said she would talk to the pharmacy and have them call us back. they didn’t call. we walked in at 8 they told us there’s nothing they could do for us and said we could go to a pharmacy 30 minutes away.

This place is a strong advertisement for Mail order pharmacies! I was wearing a surgical shoe, balancing on one leg and yet they sent me back and forth between desks in a vain attempt to get my prescription filled. I left empty handed. Never again, not in a million years, will I do business here!

The customer service at the pharmacy department is very bad and nasty they are very unprofessional and rude they lied to the customers and lose their time just talking. My prescription they never take the order and they don’t take the time to help the patient. Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your time and money.

Laurie(sp) should not be working there or any where!! Unreal! I do have to say the 2 young girls working, pink hair and the light skin girl are so kind! I hate they have to deal with this woman! I did call the manager who didn't sound surprised.

The staff needs to learn empathy and kindness. Pharmacist was upset with me cause someone spelled my wife's name wrong and was unkind and rude. I will go to rite aid if you don't want me there.

The cashier is a woman who chews gum and spits in your face, complete zero! in all your stores I took a digital version of the photo but this woman knows nothing about it!

CVS in general has gone down hill but this location is the worst! It’s like a really busy airport…. Dirty, run down, everyone in the pharmacy is rude, they never answer phones or care to even speak with you when you go in person because they wouldn’t answer the many phone calls. I would steer clear of this location at all costs! I understand things are tough but maybe think about the people that need their prescriptions and how hard it is to get some of them. Show some empathy or compassion, it’s takes ZERO effort to just be nice.

I don't know what's wrong. Ever since I started using this CVS they process my insurance wrong, the lady hung up on me when I told her to not process my old insurance. The pharmacist gave me incorrect information twice. Definitely switching. Always loved CVS before. This one and lemoyne is insane.

The pharmacist tech had the audacity to shame me for buying plan b. She stated “a whole bunch of people had come in to buy it and we really all should be more careful.” She stated it loud enough that an elderly man could hear and had to put his two cents in as well. I was buying it for a friend and thought that was disgustingly unprofessional especially if i was a consumer in a situation where i, myself, needed plan B and this would have been my friend’s (and I’m assuming by her tone, others as well) experience. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Like how absolutely disgusting and degrading behavior. Her opinion was not needed nor appreciated and i am shocked they still have this kind of staff here.
