Both associates were very kind and helpful! I needed help finding a sweater for a wedding and both associates helped me match the sweater to my dress. Great selection and a good clearance section.

Their clothes are cute but none of them fit right and are cheaply made. The blonde girl is nasty when i go in there all the time. She needs an attitude adjustment. Literally stared at me like i came from outer space because i didn’t understand the coupon thing that i got through my email. If she is the manager she needs to get retrained. Cause she could honestly care less about her customers. The other girl was really sweet and helped me out a lot. She would be a better manager than the girl with the ugly fake tan and blonde hair.

Love Francescas so much but the staff at this location was so rude. I picked up shoes under the clearance area, marked as clearance with a red pen and when I went to check out they didn't come up as so the lady argued they weren't on clearance. Acted like I was stupid even though the box had red writing on it. So when I told her nevermind I'll just pass on them she seemed annoyed having to take them off.

This store was a mess. Years ago it was one of my favorite boutiques but going back I was not impressed. They have far too much product without direction. The store had products thrown everywhere, the hangers of clothes were tossed all over, and it felt cheap with high priced tags. Too bad that they seem to have lost focus, they used to be a neat boutique.

Largest store in my hometown area. Beautiful clothing and I never have to pay full price. Thankful Francescas takes student discounts. Worth the 40 minute drive there to the outlets.
