Whoever the pharmacist on duty today is certainly isn’t friendly or enjoying her job. I requested med refills 3 days ago and one still wasn’t ready so I patiently stood to the side on my phone and waited, completely aware of the “10-15 min wait.” She made three snarky comments about me standing near the counter rather than sitting in the waiting chair (me standing and chair exact same distance from the counter). I’m pregnant and wanted to stand. Pregnant or not why does that matter though and why did that make her so upset and angry that I chose to stand over sit?!

Great location near Hershey park and convenient gas option too. Good selection of produce and meats and dairy and a huge selection of products. Good stuff.

Nice and clean store. Very roomy and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. It has many selections.

Disappointing. Every time we go to this store there are 4 '25 or less' checkout aisles not being attended by employees. If you're not going put an employee there get rid of them. And store manager is standing there watching. Get your A$$ over and help out. My wife used to work for HYVEE and their managers always jumped on a register to help out. What a great investment Marty was...not

We stopped here for a couple of grocery items on a Saturday evening and I was surprised how empty this place was. For such a nice store it was practically deserted. Perhaps it caters to locals who know to shop during the weekday (when all the visitors are at the nearby Hershey park?) The prices seemed reasonable, their staff was friendly, and we were in and out quick.

Everything... I(We) have been shopping at This Giant food store since we moved to Hershey (West Granada Ave.) June of 2014.. And now I shop both in store & at times InstaShopper... Love them both...

it's not that bad of a grocery store, but their prices aren't low. but honestly I can't find low prices on groceries anywhere. one complaint I have is that they don't keep the shelves stocked as well as they should

WOW! The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced at any store in my life. Literally, every single time after I've shopped at this location (1250 Cocoa Ave, Hershey, PA 17033) I get home and notice that I was charged full price on some of the items that were supposed to have been marked down according to the tags in the store. It's never $10 or $20 so I usually let it go. However, this time I decided to check my receipt in the car before leaving, noticed they charged full price for a tub of Tillamook ice cream that was marked down 50%. So I go back and politely explain to Tammy, the cashier, what had happened and that I would like the balance back or a refund. She gave me a look of disgust and then rudely told me that there's nothing that she can do about it and that I was just going to have to live with it since no one was at customer service. A perplexed pause probably occurred as I was processing her response, but with my manners still in tact, I explained that I either needed a refund or the balance back since this happens to me every time I shop there, and that if she couldn't help me I'd like to speak to a manager or someone who could. She then simply turned around and flat out ignored me. Following this, I did ask her and a minute later her colleague (who had come over for a chat) for her name so I could leave a review. Still ignored by Tammy. The colleague then proceeded to tell me to "get out and go." Eventually, one of the cashiers, a kind and helpful soul by the name of Collin, came over and offered to help me; apparently he's the one who attended the customer service training. He helped me in about 30 seconds and I was on my way. However, on my way out I made the fatal mistake of heading in the direction of going out the wrong way, by pure accident (after all the excitement), this prompted rude cashier #2, who goes by Alexis, to start literally shouting at me in front of all the checkout lines and customers that I was "ridiculous," repeatedly as she was walking away. By far, hands down the most bizarre and unprofessional customer experience of my life! Unfortunately, I will have to bid so long and farewell to this GIANT as I will never spend another penny here. EVER. PS. on my way out I also spoke to the manager, who only offered a very half hearted apology after I explained to her what had happened, how it happens every time I shop there, and the rude and unprofessional service I had received for the audacity of me expecting to pay their advertised price for my groceries! Not once did I become belligerent or use uncouth language, I didn't insult anyone or try to make a scene. Unlike the aforementioned employees. I simply wanted to, for once, pay the amount they had advertised. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, BAR NONE!!!

Chad is rude! Not once; but twice. Tried to ask him a question on 2 separate occasions (months apart) and he was not very accommodating. Definitely not a people person. You need to keep him in the back office!

Produce is always terrible and cashiers are either to talkative or not interested in being there. Customers are rude and obnoxious. The little older gentleman that gets carts is a joy to see though. Always nice and polite
