Super high integrity shop - showed up with a weird radiator / engine overheating problem and they took great care of me. Been to 2 other shops locally before with the same issues and had bad experiences. Glad to have found my local mechanic for the next decade :)

Now I know why insurance rates are so high, it is because of disreputable companies like this one.
On Thursday our car was ran into, Hershey Auto Center was called for the tow. The driver never informed our daughter that she would have to go down to their facility to release the car to the body shop. We found out this fact on the following day, Friday, from our Insurance Company State Farm. My daughter came to your business that day to release the car. But her car didn’t leave your facility until the next week on Tuesday!
If we were advised on the day of the tow that we would have to come down to sign a release, we would not have had to wait five days for the car to be delivered to the body shop. Was this your way of racking up more money for storage fees?
This is why our insurance is so high in this country, it is because of the disreputable practices of companies like Hershey Auto Center.

Got into a nasty accident driving to hershey Park. Don at hershey auto arrived in about 10 min to tow my car and stored it for a day. He was very nice and insightful. Even helped me secure the car on a dolly I used to tow my car back to baltimore. Thank you so much for the quick response and help!

Had an awesome experience at Hershey Auto Center. Robert and Don were super helpful—got me in quickly and took care of my tire with no hassle. Friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend if you need honest and reliable service!

Some time ago I had brought my car to Hershey Auto to have them service my car. It was my first and last time id ever go there. The shop suggested I change my cabin filter. I gave them the ok. Paid for a new filter plus labor. Not cheap. A few days later I had the car into the dealership for somthing else. They asked while it was there if I'd like to get a free cabin filter inspection.. which I agreed to let them do. The mechanic said my filter should be replaced. I told him that's not possible as I had paid Hershey Auto to put a new one in just a couple of days earlier. When he showed me the filter it became obviously clear the old one was never replaced. I brought my car back to Hershey Auto and had them replace the old filter which I had already paid them to do. They did and tried to give me some lame excuse for not doing it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Their inspection is good. But they quoted for parts and labor with something that could be done with half of the quoted amount from other garages. Labor charge is insane!

First off the guy answered with an attitude then said it will be 2 weeks out to do any work I said I need front back brakes serpentine belt and headlights put on just the bulb I have all parts just need labor he quoted me 1,000 for brakes $200 for serpentine belt and $50 for the bulbs so total 1,250 funny another mechanic quoted $200 total such a Rip off
