Their on property resort… old school charm.. cool smaller indoor waterpark for the kids… rooms were nothing crazy, but clean and located in the middle of everything… only a mile down the road to all the attractions…

Convenient place to stay when you visit Hershey Park. Shuttle service tithe park and back is very convenient. Outdoor and indoor pool with slides, miniature golf and restaurants on site. Rooms are average, and unfortunately bathroom by the outside pool was out of service.

We had a VERY nice stay at the Hershey Lodge. Rooms were cozy, nice gift shop with a friendly attendant, and good restaurants (we tried Stacks for breakfast and The Bear's Den for appetizers). When checking in we were welcomed with a smile and candy! I think this hotel is good for families. Thank you for an awesome and unforgettable trip!

Strange hotel, could have potential but seems like something’s lacking. We booked a room with two queen mattresses, we arrived and the only room they had for us was a wheelchair accessible room which was fine but the shower head was 4ft tall and I’m 6ft tall so it was just a little off. The bathroom itself was just dirty in general. The vents, the hidden spots, the corners and cracks. Just not very magical. Overall you just need to remind yourself you’re in the middle of a regular town in Pennsylvania and I’m sure the staff aren’t all super in love with this job. But they should definitely clean the bathrooms a lot better.

We booked a deluxe king room. I have to say sadly I was underwhelmed. Room was small considering the $400 night price tag. You can hear every noise, some of the rooms that are near entries or exits as well as rooms that share an adjoining door in case you want 2 connecting rooms. They must have had a gaggle of kids because it sounded like a they were performing for band practice. The bathroom door can't be open if you are trying to get out of the shower or use the toilet as there is barely enough room to turn around! Also, there is no fitted sheet! For the price per night they should at least put fitted sheets on. We found ourselves constantly tucking in the flat sheet that we slept on!!! Very standard room compared to some hotels. That being said the service was very accomodating. The Revelry restaurant was very nice in ambiance and food was excellent. The indoor waterpark is a nice touch for kids but the outdoor pool was a bit small. Overall I have it 4 stars as the room itself was no where worth 400+ per night, but I guess they factor in some of the on-site conveniences.

We chose to come up and visit because we had never been to Hersheypark before. Rooms were clean and most of the staff were very courteous, but a little disappointing overall.
The arcades are full of claw machines that were simply money wasters. Watched some children blow through some serious money and win nothing. Must be good revenue, but the way kids flocked to them it didn’t seem fair.
With the restaurants serving alcohol in the main lobby, had several instances where people were out and intoxicated and vomiting in the elevator. My wife told the guy at the front desk and he appeared annoyed that someone would have let him know there was an issue. I’m all for people having fun, but get drunk in your room. We don’t want to see your drunkenness, especially with all of the young kids around.
Had one instance of loud children coming down the hallway late at night around midnight screaming and making a racket. They sounded really young. It persisted until someone called security.
Overall, a great stay, but not so sure the price point was worth it. I think we will do something different next round. There are plenty of hotels in the area that I am sure we could have done better.

Great place and great people. The facilities just seem a little outdated. Very kid friendly. What you would expect from a great wolf lodge.

Stayed at the lodge in connecting rooms with some friends for the Shania Twain concert! The shuttles were so helpful and my overall experience was great. Things were a bit expensive but that's to be expected with the novelty of the location.

Went here for 3 nights with wife and 2 boys, hotel lobby is beautiful and very spacious, all staff were very nice, tons of nice dining options but on the expensive side but the convenience is what your paying for and food was amazing..if your planning on going to hersheypark, hershey chocolate world with kids this is the place to stay the shuttle was amazing 👏 my only complaint was the beds were very stiff, the bedding and pillows were also very stiff and hard, and room seemed pretty dated..the water park was my kids favorite thing entire trip..the layout is nice to keep track of kids as well as just enough to do so they don't get bored! Would definitely stay here again but bringing my own pillow lol

I’m giving the resort 2 stars. 1 for the indoor water park and 1 for the restaurants because they were both great. Everything else was a mess. The rooms were out dated and dingy. When we arrived, the carpet in our room was wet. I called the front desk and they said we could either move rooms (super inconvenient to repack and it was a super inconvenient location) or we could have house cleaning come and dry them. We decided to let them come dry them while we were out of the room. The floors were still wet when we came back so we put towels down. The next day when we came back from the park, our room smelled like nasty mildew the second we opened the door. I called again and let them know and she told us they could move us to a different room, and that we just had to pack up our car with our stuff to drive over there and move there since it was on the other side of the resort. I told her that was ridiculous and that we weren’t doing that. She said she’d speak to her manager and see what else they can come up with. When she got back on the call, she said that they found us an upgraded room and that they would come by with the bell hop to move us to our new room. When we got there, it was not in fact upgraded, it was just a handicap accessible room. Once we settled in, my daughter found a bobby pin on the floor so it obviously wasn’t vacuumed and I found two used eyelash extensions on the bathroom counter so that obviously wasn’t cleaned either. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again unless there’s a big remodel or update and they learn how to clean the rooms.
