We used Hershey Mini Storage for a little over a year while we transitioned to the area after moving from across the state. The unit was just what we needed. The gated facility kept our belongings safe, the unit was nice, and it was not overpriced. Would recommend using them! Thank you!

We've been renting 3 indoor units for the past 7 months. Each time we've been to our units, we've found them spotless and, most importantly to me, "critter free". We had one very minor issue when we first moved our things into our units. We reached out to the owner and heard back from him within the hour. This was on the weekend after hours. He also reached out to us over the next few weeks to make sure we weren't having any other issues. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

I have been renting from Hershey Mini Storage almost since they open back in the late 70s. It’s one of those places that you store stuff and forget it until you need it. And then you go get it.It’s kind of out-of-the-way so that is one of the protections so that prying eyes can’t see it well from the road. But it is easy to get to when you have to find something you stored. In later years a security gate was installed around the facility to add additional security.I have now reached the time where I don’t need the storage area anymore. However, it was nice to have when I had it because it was a safe secure site to store that “stuff” that was not needed at home all the time such as Christmas decorations, seasonal sporting equipment and boxes of all kinds such as computer, stereo, TV, VHS and DVD retail boxes. Yes, I often kept the boxes that electronics came in so if I had to send something in for repairs, I had the box. And no, I never did but I had that first computer box and the VCR box, etc. but the actual equipment was scrapped years before.For over 40 years there were occasionally issues but those issues were always resolved by the owners so I had nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed renting from this company. It was a great location to where we were staying before our move and a great price for the unit size we reserved. We also greatly enjoyed the 24/7 access to our unit. Yes the units aren't climate controlled but that wasn't a problem for us. We also appreciated that there was a light switch in the unit and an outlet, we didn't use the outlet but having it there was nice.The process to move in and sign documents was very easy and done over email so we didn't have to schedule a day to stop by. Becky was always nice when we communicated and the one time we talked to her husband was also pleasant.

Super easy to rent from! Was able to get the unit quickly, had easy access to the unit and very friendly to work with. Was our first time renting a storage unit and would definitely go with them again if we needed to!

HMS has been very patience and is willing to work with late payments and is a very clean and secure, most of all friendly. We rented for 11 years and no issues with this facility. Great Service. Thank you at HMS.

Super easy to rent with! We needed a unit quickly in a pinch and they were able to set everything up via email. The units were secure and easily accessible. I highly recommend renting with them. Oh and the prices were excellent!
