Went to the creamery for ice cream. Loved the selection and the ice cream was really well made. They even had flavored cones. It was amazing. Lots of cool things to shop in there too. The cupcakes looked amazing even though I didn't try any.

Very neat shop, and busy!! There's a lot of interesting products and Hershey related items, and there's a nice ice cream shop, chocolate shop, and restaurant inside! Also, it's nice because you can come here without buying a ticket for Hersheypark. Definitely recommend checking this shop out! And definitely recommend the chocolate shop!

I ordered a Spa gift card and opted pick upinstead of mailing or digital. The order was filled quickly and was relatively easy to pick up. Parking was less than optimal (far away) and did require a bit of a walk to the store. This could be an impediment to a handicapped person. I have a mild knee disability and did mind the walk a little.

Hershey souvenir superstore at Hershey Park. Inside you’ll find chocolate gifts, T-shirt’s sweatshirts and more. There’s also an ice cream parlor, a bakery, and table service restaurant located in the second floor.This store is primarily for those exiting the park. To visit this store you would need to pay for theme park parking which is $25. If you’re not visiting the park, go to Chocolate World, a similar store with free parking located nearby.

If you are visiting the World of Chocolate, take a short walk down the hill past the entrance and visit this shop. It has items that are not available in WoC and there is also an ice cream soda fountain and restaurant in the building. The soda fountain was closed when we visited but still had a good time looking around. There is also a counter with fancy chocolates for sale.

Sadly I must give this store 1 star because the $20 Hershey Tote my daughter purchased from there and only used it to carry the items we purchased that day (bags of candy, a coffee mug, a puzzle, and couple other small items) ripped at 3 of the 4 handles within 5 days of purchase! 1 handle completely ripped...hanging on 1 thread and 2 are tearing. I am also disappointed because there is no phone number on receipt to call and the phone numbers I found online either nobody answers or it is not for the store. I also live 2 hours away so can not easily return/exchange. How is this a reuseable tote?
