I recently brought a ring in to be fixed. They also cleaned my rings and put a new battery in a watch.They were very professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable also! They do super work! I highly recommend!!

The Jewelers Bench is my "go to" store when purchasing a quality piece of jewelry that will eventually be passed down through the family. I love their unique styles of rings and pendents that you will not see anywhere else. They work with you to get the stones, color and style to your liking. Their customer service is excellent, helping to find the right piece for the occasion. If you have a repair on an existing piece, stop by and ask for their help in making it right. The Jeweler’s Bench is a must for any custom pieces. I have taken a number of things to them for customization, and have always been blown away. Most recently I brought them my grandmother’s 3 stone diamond ring to be reset for my engagement ring, and I seriously could not be more pleased. Working with Lucretia on every detail, including more than 50 back and forth emails, was such a pleasure and the ring is more than I could have imagined! Thank you, Jeweler’s bench!

Recommended by my daughter’s classmate, I had the most lovely and pleasant experience here. I stopped by to have jewelry fixed. It was fixed and cleaned while there. They also asked to look at my wedding ring. They evaluated it and cleaned it too. The staff was pleasant and informative and customer service plus. I will go back there for sure!!

This little gem (pun intended) of a shop sits humbly in bottom floor of a home in the Hershey area...and yet what they produce is brilliant and beautiful. They custom made a new wedding set for my wife at our 25th anniversary made up of diamonds from her original wedding ring. Then for our 30th they were able to help me find the perfect ring for that occasion.The staff and professionals here are exceptional people with exceptional craftsmanship. We have loved everything we have purchased here and have been treated very well in every interaction.I cannot recommend this great little shop more highly. Don't go to some big corporate jewelry store; have something custom made at the Jeweler's Bench.

The highest of ratings to an incredible local business. Everyone in my family goes here for all jewelry needs and have never been disappointed.When my grandparents passed away, I was left with her engagement ring and wedding rings. Due to the age, they came up with an incredible idea to incorporate the metals and diamonds from her rings into my wedding band. The most beautiful piece of jewelry I own. We always feel like family when we go in.
