Love old navy’s clothing, but prices have gotten higher and higher over the years.
Extremely misleading sales- they said it was 50% off entire ticket price if purchased on the credit card, which wasn’t correct at all, only about 15% was taken. I know this issue isn’t this specific stores problem, it’s old navy corporate, but they should definitely not have such misleading wording advertised and since they do, they should more than educate employees on what the actual discount is to prevent unhappy customers.
This store also had several incorrect signs promoting lower pricing than what it actually rang up as.
And there are employees harassing you all over the store about the credit card (that I already have!!) and just plain following people around. How hard is it to let someone shop in peace??? So grateful I don’t work corporate retail anymore, it’s an actual hellscape.

Old navy at the Hershey Outlets is fast becoming my FAVORITE store. Quality merchandise, comfortable styles, great prices, and a staff who could teach anyone about caring customer service.

There were lots of good deals for my wife and daughter. We stopped in to look for some business professional clothes for my daughter who is starting an internship in Washington DC in January. She was able to get a few blazers, shirts, swearers, pants, and skirts that fit the bill. My wife also found some work clothes on the trip. My only complaint is that the men's section is continuously getting smaller. Less space, less options, and a very small sale section.Overall, the store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

As I entered was greeted in a very friendly manner by a customer rep who pointed out several of the different sale items. Lots of comfortable and stylish clothing for the holiday was on display.

Real friendly staff! Great clothes .The store was clean and well merchandised. THE MANAGER in the Hershey outlet was so friendly, great energy!
