The printing department dismissed a simple question about buying a few sheets of laminate sleeves instead of an entire box of high end sleeves , which I didn't want to do so I left and went to target near by for better customer service.
I couldn't even finish my question before being brushed off with the same answer twice.

Very helpful. I walk with a cane. I needed an ink cartridge and a ream of paper. I knew I could not carry to checkout. A store employee went and obtained items for me. They even offered to take bag to my car

Standing here to pick up an online order for 10 minutes now. The only time I’ve been so much acknowledged was when I asked the man behind the counter if this is the spot to pick up online orders, to which he replied yes, but couldn’t even be troubled to say he’d be with me in just a moment. Zero customer service.

Don't print here! The printer/copier want working properly, which wasn't a huge deal. But the customer service was not good. Just rude and dismissive of my questions.

Great shopping experience. Staples accepted a Price Matching from another vendor on my purchase of a new printer plus credit given for recycling my old printer. Saved over $100 on my new printer!

What a circus in this location if you have a return save yourself the trip and just go to an actual UPS store. They can’t walk you through anything or be bothered or give clear communication.

Saw an item i needed available for 1 hr pickup. Since i was 15 mins away, i decided to drop by the store and pick the item up directly. Went around the store, but I couldn't find the item. Asked customer service for help and was told the item isn't on the floor. I mentioned that it's available in 1 hr. Pick-up but was told it's not being sold. Seems there's a disconnect on what is on the website and what the store is saying. Wasn't really helped and there was really no customer service at this store.

I brought my baby for a passport photo. It was really hard for me to hold her far enough away from me and she was cranky. The employees were so patient and helpful!!! It took so many attempts. They checked them and we're very carful about making sure they would get approved.
