Very easy to work with, met me same day was able to set everything up very easy and fast and had a storage shed that day. Setting up online payments very easy as well. If I ever need a storage shed again definitely be returning to storage sense.

Only needed storage for two months. Registration and move-in process was very simple, and I just sent an email a few weeks before move out letting them know I wanted to cancel and they processed my move out with no issues. Very simple straightforward customer service, thank you so much!

I was very pleased how quick the process went. No hassle at all. Literally was done in 5m and they were fast in responding. Also there was a discount which was what caught my eye first. No contact nice .... and I also received confirmation of my purchase with a real person. He called me to verify. This was nice not having any stress at all especially during the time of moving. Thanks again! Not to mention the unit is dry and easy to get to. Hours are great to.

The rate increases will come fast and hard. Over double in a short time and continued to increase. Although the website is automated it provides no method to end the rental agreement nor explain this policy. Having vacated the unit I was charged for a whole month even though I was out on the 3rd of month.
Then told there is no prorate of the remaining 27 days. Having asked for a copy of this unorthodox policy via chat I was hung up on.
There are many options for storage units a lower prices and more than likely standard practices that treat their clients in good faith. This is not the place to rent a storage unit. I could actually use the word scam.
