Went to buy toys says buy one get one 50% off that's a lie take it signs down if it not going to give sale price and it's messy store boxes all over the place the workers are very lazy always setting in office when they should be picking stuff off the floor and putting on the shelf must be nice to get paid for a job and not have to do anything

The store is priced lower than the one in McDonald. It was a bit messy but unlike the McDonald store not that bad.

Some of the employees who work here are terrible...particularly the young ones. Although we are in the midst of a pandemic, they either REFUSE to wear masks, or (only because of many customer complaints) wear them pulled down...which renders them ineffective. Harley is the absolutely worst! She has an extremely negative demeanor and is very rude and disrespectful. She refuses to wear a mask and has been heard to tell customers that it is "none of their business". What a way to treat customers (many with conditions that make them high risk) who are concerned about their health during a global pandemic! She has absolutely NO business working with the public in any way and should be fired!

This Dollar General is so much cleaner and better organized than others in the area.. (especially the one in McDonald)... It was actually a pleasure to shop there...

I was excited when this store opened as Hickory has so few shopping options, but it has really gone downhill recently. This store is very poorly run! It is cluttered and the merchandise is hard to get to at times. The punks who are permitted to work there are the worst! They disrespectfully refuse to wear masks, putting everyone who shops there at risk. How are they getting away with this?!
