Clerk was very rude and argumentative. He couldn’t find the address in the system. After arguing with me for a while I told him it was fine just send it to whatever address they have. Then he told me I was a bad customer and all the other people in there were good customers. Clerk #9 Indian gentleman

I went here a few times because I wasn't able to get to my local office. The clerks were nursing home retirees in uniforms that couldn't even understand what I needed.

I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.

Spoke to the post master about an issue with a package we mailed and he was very kind. It changed the entire experience from a negative to a positive.

I'm at this post office almost everyday and never have any issues. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I visited this location on May 25,2018. The clerk was very ignorant and rude to me. I had an autographed framed Tiger Woods picture wrapped in bubble rap. The clerk said there wasn't enough tape on the bubble wrap. He took priority mail tape and started to tape it. He stopped and told me that he wasn't using all of his tape on it, and I had to buy my own. He charged me $3.49 for a small roll of tape. I asked if they had a box that I could buy to ship me package, he said no. I asked could I send it the least expensive way with tracking, he said no because he put priority mail tape on it and that's the way he's going to send it. I told him I didn't tell him to put the tape on the package. He said too bad that he wasn't taking it off. The person that purchased the Tiger Woods autographed picture informed me that she received it and the glass shattered. Because of the clerk at the post office I'm out of $264.94. I want to know who do I contact to file a complaint against this clerk?

They told me they're not a mailing service, and to call Middletown Post Office instead. Not cool.
