“I have been going to both of the locations of Miller's for more than 10 years and I have entrusted our vichiles to them. The Express location is fast and clean. The waiting room has wifi, coffee and drinks available. And the biggest difference is that Miller's does not over charge for their service. They are always fair.Great service. I was there for an oil change and to have the front brakes checked. They took time to explain to me about the brake pads on the car and the degree of pass or fail for the pass for inspection time.”

“I had unexpected car problems, when my car would not start at my train station on my way home. Fortunately, AAA was able to diagnose a battery problem, and Spanial's was able to replace the battery that afternoon without any down time for my car. My brother works in the auto business, and said that I received a very high quality battery, at a reasonable price, even though the repair was unscheduled. The staff greeted us on arrival - my wife usually brings our cars for service, because I do not work in the area - and they made me feel as welcome as she feels when she arrives for vehicle work.Service: Electrical repair”
“LONG TIME OVERDUE. I would like to give a 5 star salute to Mall Auto Service...particularly Mr. Matt. I came in with what I thought was a problem. Mr. Matt could have easily exploited my naiveness and limited car knowledge. He didn't! Instead he told me that I didn't need the work I thought I needed. He said I can do it and take your money but I won't because that is not good business! In all my life I have only had a one hand full of businesses that actually care about the consumers they service and Mall Auto Service and Mr. Matt is on that list. “Zyg's got high quality craftsmanship when it comes to euro cars. The price is as expected if you own a BMW/Mercedes/Audi etc, I had a very rough idle from my engine of my 2000 323ci, my lower intake boot was split, multiple engine codes, and needed a couple new tires as well as brakes in the rear. The car runs very well, no SES lights after a month, and I'm happy to say these guys are legitimate as this review. 5 *s hands down, I'll be by soon to get the inspection sticker, still waiting on the tags office to notify me. Bottom line I plan on coming back for more work, my trust is with them.”
“I’m am very pleased with the stellar service and professionalism. I had two vehicles inspected. One of the vehicles needed a new battery other than that everything else was fine. The other would eventually need new tires but I was told it could wait a little which was great for me financially. I hit some on the highway slicing my tire and damaging the rim, because I have AWD I now needed all for tires replaced. I called for an appointment but couldn’t wait and went to BJs for the tires and they could not repair the rim. I ended up bringing the vehicle to Miller’s and they repaired the rim. The moral of the story is I should have waited a day or two and had everything done at Miller’s. Again, I can’t not stress more, the service is stellar and everyone there is nice.”

“Thank you to BBack Car Care for being a shining example of what a local business should be. My first experience taking my car in was not perfect, but as someone who has worked in service most of her career, I can be the first to admit the customer is not always right (even with me as customer) - there was a lot going on on my end and that likely contributed to some miscommunication. The miscommunication did not impact my car and even though I was a little frustrated, Libby and Kevin were gracious throughout - I was happy with the service performed, so I went back a second time. Smooth sailing and again, great customer service and communication. I even had a follow up issue and they got me in immediately and took care of it. “This is a 5 star review for work NOT done. I took my SUV to Suburban and Scott looked at the rear quarter panel that scraped against the garage as it was backed out. He took vin#, asked for email address, took photos etc THEN said hold on I want to get something from the shop. He proceeded to wipe down where the scrape was and amazingly the damage was just dirt from the vinyl garage surround nothing else needed to be done! The only word I can think of to describe my experience is - HONEST thanks Scott.”
