I should have listened to my gut. I had my local auto repair shop look a car over. They told me about some possible problems. Nellys argued that they did their own evaluation and there were no problems.3 months later a new transmission and shocks.Would never buy from them again.

Called Nelly’s on Saturday asking if this camper was still for sale and someone from the office picked up and told me it was. Since someone from the OFFICE picked up, my fiancé and I drove all the way from Easton just to find out that They are closed for the holiday. This lady never told me they were closed, we drove an hour away, waisted our time and gas for nothing. We were really interested too, what a shame.

Went there to check out a 2000 f250 truck looked good on the picture went there to check it out noticed the cab corners where rottted the truck blew white smoke and the bed had rot holes. Truck also had an absurd amount of body filler. Talked to the lady who was extremely rude kept telling me it’s a 22 year old truck I asked if she had any wiggle room she said no i showed her the Kelly blue book was between 10-13 thousand she denied there was a kbb for the truck I highly advise giving this place any Business

This place got me a car in no time. The problem is they go to Philly to get the cars tags on. The car lasted maybe 1 year and there was nothing but major problems with it. They could not even work with me with the problems that started after I got the car. Never buy from them.

I bought a truck from him and it's been a week. the lady said she was going to fix the sunroof. which was just to leave it to the mechanic. now you have to change this protector and she said she won't change it anymore. be careful because when you go to sell it promises. and then forget about it.

I bought a car from this dealership as is. Literally had it for 24 hours maybe less. The hood flips up on 309, and I almost die because I’m in the left hand lane. I find a way to pull over and literally push the hood into place because of the malfunction. It’s now dented, warped, and doesn’t sit flat. I know I bought this car as is but a board line life threatening, followed by the cold reaction when asking for assistance or a return only shows what kind of place this is.

Stopped by today to look at an '04 WRX. I brought a code reader and scanned the engine computer. I found that a CEL had been cleared. 3 monitors were not set. (Google OBD2 monitors to learn more). This was a huge red flag. When I asked when the codes were last cleared I was told "during the inspection". Clearing codes is NOT something that is done during a vehicle inspection, so I knew that was a lie. After driving the car, I found it was underpowered and there was zero boost. My guess is clogged cat, or bad turbo or both. Anyway this car was trash so I brought it back to the lot and walked away. If you go here, bring someone knowledgeable cause they are not honest. Or better yet skip it altogether and save yourself the headache.

If I could give less, I would. I bought a vehicle from Nelly's. The car broke driving off the lot. I told them the vehicle was damaged and would need major repairs. Me being an aircraft mechanic, has knowledge of engines. They said it was an oil sensor. Because you know.... They are mechanics. There mechanic initially did repairs. 24 hours later I had the same problem. I called nelly's, there attitude changed drastically and they had no interest in fixing the vehicle. So what needed to be fixed... Oil pump, pressure sensor, computer, and now... The transmission needs to be replaced. Just as I said. There is absolutely without a reasonable doubt they did not know of the issues with this vehicle and hid them. I am currently dealing litigation for fraud.

I give them a 5 stars because they have a great selection and good customer service. I read a lot of the reviews before going there. And now I will say the truck I just bought does have a few issues that came up but it is a 2001 so it’s not new. And they get them from action so it is what it is when you buy a used vehicle. If you want a vehicle with no rust and a warranty go spend $40,000 at a new lot. If you want a nice used vehicle for a far price go to nelly’s. As far as the owner and the staff there wonderful. I could not ask for a nicer experience . I will definitely recommend them and go back when I needed another vehicle...

If i could rate lower than 1 start i would This place took advantage of a single mother of 4, and sold her an over priced pile of junkShe paid a total of $6800.00 for a van, that needed a tie rod 3 days later $350.00 parts and labor The CEl is on, it's leaking power steering fluid I went back to nellys with her, and the lady the owner sits in her chair with a big smirk the whole time, were telling her about everything, with no care in the worldThis place is a total joke, we are going to the Pennsylvania State Police about the inspection, the stickers say 6/21 it never would have passed with that tie rod the way it was I will be posting this review all over social media i have tons of friends on Facebook and thousands of local followers on Twitter

We flew in from Iowa to buy a car they reserved for us. Everything was exactly as described, I can’t tell you enough how important that is coming all that way! Everything went super smooth. We highly recommended this dealership! Exceptional!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They do not stand behind there cars and they do bad repairs just to sell them. These people give the used car market a back name. Bought a car from then. When we bought it I thought it was weird it only had 3/8 of a tank of gas. I've bought plenty of new and use cars and the tanks are full . Gas is cheap so I didn't bother to saying anything. We i wish I did. Vent hose for tank was either broken off or rotted of. There was a brand new bolt screwed into the hole and the vent line was cloevered in silicone. This is what you can expect from these people.

Do not trust. This dealer low balls trades and turns around and sells for large profit. Told our trade was worth very little and they had no choice to sell at auction. Low and behold, they put some work into, but selling for VERY large profit. Also, Jeep we purchased just a few months ago has already had several "check engine" statuses requiring repair. Would not recommend!
