I can help with that!” Someone came from inside the store, took all my boxes, and told me to have a great day. “I purchased an item from an auction house in PA while living out of state. The auction house provided this business with my information and they provided a quote to pick up, pack, and ship the item. The quote was reasonable given the careful handling needed of an antique. The item was picked up promptly and the business had great communication. When it arrived, I found the item exceptionally well packaged. UPS couldn't have done it much damage had they drop kicked it. Needless to say I'm quite pleased with their service.”

“UPS Store is the best with great employees! I had a Huge cabinet to return to Amazon & William helped get it from my car to inside the store & bolstered up my packaging. He was a great help. Nisa was also a big help because another one of my returns wouldn't fit back in the original packaging & Nisa got it to fit.
Both William & Nisa were professional, knowledgeable, polite & helpful- they are a great representative for UPS & any business.

In 20 minutes working with Ben and Ethan, they had the issues figured out with my computer that had taken other places 4 days.
They had several solutions avaialble and were able to talk me through 2 options quickly.
I wound up not only buying one computer but two.
One was set up quicker than I had expected and was able to reschedule and entire day based on its early completion.
The second computer was done even quicker
I was quickly taken through the process of set up, securing files, face to face and with a proactive smile and eager to please service.
If excellent service done right the first time and quickly with total trust in their process is what anyone looking for then please go to the tech counter at Doylestown, PA Staples store and ask specifically for Ben and Ethan.”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”
“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”

I've visited many times, and is very convenient, especially for returning merchandise.I had to knock one star off because when I visited yesterday, there were at least fifteen customers waiting in line inside the not-large premises. The line didnʼt move for 5 minutes. Also, during this latest COVID spike, neither I nor the customer behind me were willing to wait 30 minutes inside, and we both decided to return later...I do hope I can increase my review back to a full five stars in the near future.”
