I would give a 0 star if possible!!! DO NOT USE This company. We purchased a new home over a month ago and the previous owners used zippy shell. We still have the empty containers sitting in our driveway blocking access to our garage. We have emailed and called and no one has called me back!!!!!

UNREAL. Donna the owner blew me off completely for an in-person estimate not once but TWICE!! Seriously apologetic after the first time, "that's not how we do business," etc. so we rescheduled for a few days later and she did it again! No show, no text, no phone call, and then doesn't answer the phone.

Three days to load the container! Are they serious? The website says "Load your storage container at your own pace." My pace is more than 3 days. If I could do it in 3 days I would get a U-Haul and haul it to a storage facility.
