This was my first visit to Diva Nails. Cindy was perfection. The services performed were exactly what I’d wanted… I requested a clean natural French manicure and a gel pedicure with a pop of color that she helped me choose. I am very happy with the outcome. This is my new nail place!

I am beyond disappointed…
Earlier today I received a text asking if I could come an hour earlier than my appointment, which I agreed to no problem. I arrived right on time, even slightly earlier, where I then waited 35 minutes. After this time, Tina finally finished and another customer sits in her seat. The customer saw what had happened, and she was very respectful and allowed me to go next. However, the staff laughed and thought it was funny to ignore the fact that I had been sitting there so long.
Now being behind on appointments, Tina completely rushed and did not care about mine. I am getting engaged, so these nails were supposed to be extra special. Instead, I get a rushed appointment making it obvious my business clearly doesn’t matter.
Finally, I go to check out. I am told they do not take Venmo for transactions. Mind you, I looked at my history between myself and their Venmo and I have paid 3 times via Venmo.
I have been a customer here since they first opened (so for about the last 10 years). It’s a shame how little you can care about customers who have been there since the beginning… truly a disappointing experience.

I love Diva nails. It’s my go to spot. Clean, everyone’s nice and they do an excellent gel manicure and pedicure. Tina now owns the salon and she’s done a great job with the place. Booking online is really easy so that’s definitely an added bonus!
