Bill has always treated me fairly and with respect. The whole crew is very knowledgeable. My wife and I have been taking vehicles to them for repairs for years and have never been disappointed. I had new tires just put on my car last week and this morning while driving, the lug nuts came loose on my front left wheel. I called another nearby garage never thinking of the Blair Street Service Center which I was closer to, and told the other garage I was in my way. As I got around Jones Street on Allegheny, I thought of Blair Street Service Center and make the call to see if they’d be able to tighten up the lug nuts. They were able to and told me to just stop in. Made it there within a few minutes and was automatically greeted by a man (Bill I think was his name). I told him what my situation was and he was right on it. It was only one wheel that the lug nuts where loose on which I told him, but he was super friendly and said he’d tighten all 4, just to make sure that I was safe. A quick 10 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you to Blair Street Service Center and the guy that I dealt with!
