From ATM in Pleasant Valley B Plaza (because the ATM machine was garbage),i went to ATM machine in Giant Eagle it says 24 hours. But what?even on the ATM machine it self says that "open 24 hours" but the machine was lock!I dont how they run the bussiness to satisfied the client!
