Had an issue with another company who was supposed to deliver 500 gallons to fill our hot tub. They stopped communicating with us so we contacted Mcintire's Water Hauling and they were so polite and professional with us. They helped us and were all exceptionally accomodating. The driver was helpful and courteous to my wife and I the entire time, taking our property into consideration. Despite my offer and it being easier to drive into the yard, he chose to do the extra work and pump it from a much further distance. We will only be using Mcintire's from now on.

Extremely poor customer service.Rather than tell the customer they aren't willing to travel to Tipton unless they schedule 3 or more trips they never return your calls.Grandson's mother called multiple times with no call back.Sad little boy just wanted to swim in his new pool.Pure ignorance.
