“The only reason they get a five from me would be due to Connie who worked there!! She’s excellent and trustworthy!! She was in morning staff but when I changed to nighttime shift!! omg it was awful...a staff member grabbed my son’s hair when he was 9 months old because he pulled hers in a playful way...she said he pulls my hair, idfc I’ll pull his back!! Also, dirty and found my son climbing a bookshelf only wearing a diaper once!! He got hands foot mouth disease there!! My son was NEVER SENT HOME with his stuff!! They shared my sons things with every other kid which if they needed extra they could of asked first!! I have No problem helping any child out it just got to be annoying and expensive!! Also, handed me the wrong baby which was my friends son, only happened twice because he didn’t allow his son there more than two days! My son is now 5 and was in begin with us which I highly highly recommend!!”
“Kids have so many things to do and learn. Our daughter is having so much fun learning new things. Now they offer child care before and after school 7am till 5:30pm. Friendly staff only contributes to the atmosphere of the Penn Mont Academy.”
