Basically I got scammed by the guy named Brandon. I called the store and asked my questions upfront. I had and old boost phone will it be able to receive service? I was told yes. He had me pay upfront only for him to later tell me that the phone need to be updated and that I won't receive the full service until then. That phone was never able to receive service and he knew that but still took my money and told me I can't get a full refund... Basically scammed.

Yesterday I went to change provider to boost because they offered better quality and a free phone and I told the girl but apparently she did not know how to explain the method to obtain the phone, in the end Melo did everything wrong and when she told him I complained and he said that I was to blame and he couldn't do anything now my service is without coverage they damaged my phone, as far as I'm concerned they should better train their salespeople, terrible attention from the girl who was only talking on the phone. Never go there, I will be in trouble now I don't know how to resolve this situation

This place is amazing. Joe and My were amazing. They COMPLETELY solved my issues. Joe and My gave me a free SIM card, 25 dollar unlimited data plan, and a free doughnut. Lol. But seriously, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and CUSTER CARE are Joe and My best business models. Come here to Holmes PA location if you're tired of getting screwed by your current company. It's totally worth the switch to Holmes PA location!!!
