Family Dollar is a popular stop for many customers who appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff. Reviewers note that the store offers a good selection of products, especially cleaning supplies and essential items like milk and eggs, often at lower prices than other retailers. While some customers have experienced slow service during busy times and noted clutter in the store, they still enjoy the variety available. Employees are recognized for their helpfulness, with one staff member going above and beyond to assist a customer. Overall, Family Dollar is valued for its affordability and friendly service.

The cashier was so pleasant, calm and shared info about the store app for savings. This is one of the most well stocked, clean and organized stores I've shopped in for some time.
