βCourtney is awesome! I have called for 2 days trying to receive a return call from my agent. I was told he would call me back. On the third day Courtney took her time to explain my documents so that I fully understood where the mishap was. She was very kind and patient with me. She also assisted me with my initial request.β
βState Farm is a great place to get your insurance and have everything in your life covered!!! The reason I'm saying that, is because I have a GREAT AGENT name TOM FOREACRE!!!! Since I was introduced to him and made him my agent he showed me the ropes by giving me an inside view of what he got set up in his life. And at the time when he did all this I was in my mid to late 20s. And now I'm in my 30s and when I say I thank God I MEET an agent name TOM FOREACRE because I'm all covered just like him in Homeowner Insurance, Life Insurance, and Car insurance!!! If you don't have an agent that will tell you everything you need to know so you can walk the path that they are on, then that shouldn't be your agent!!!

βHello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.
He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly. He has held in person appointments.

βI was going to just send a thank you; however, I felt that I should do something more so that more people knew. I was involved in an accident on the interstate a few days ago. It was terrifying as well upsetting due to everything that needs to happen after the fact. I called Jana and was very upset. She was not only soothing and kind, she was empathetic towards my situation and my emotions. She listened to the entire story and then directed me to claims. βIt is not everyday that a great review for an insurance company is written, but Gannon & Coyne Nationwide deserve tremendous applause and gratitude for all of their help in making things return to normal after quite a bit of storm damage to our property. Their wonderful adjuster came out to assess the damage quickly, Nationwide worked out the details with our terrific roofer (Alpha Roofing), sent out a check immediately for debris cleanup and ironed out all the specifics within a couple of weeks. We are extremely appreciative to Nationwide for making this difficult situation so much easier.β
