“Len was great. My Dad has dementia and Len treated him so kindly. He also didn’t try to upsell us. He gave us the mattress Dad felt most comfortable with. We took a lot of Len’s time. He was welcoming and gave us as much time as we needed. He genuinely was pleased that he found the right mattresses for Dad to sleep on. This was important to us because Dad can go days without little to know sleep. Thanks Lenny”

“Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We went into the Newtown Sq. store knowing what we wanted for our guest room. Omar was professional, friendly, and showed us exactly what we wanted without any kind of standard sales pitch or attempt to upsell, which was very much appreciated. Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. Omar called us the next day to advise us that the credit for the box spring was issued and to make sure everything else was OK. Glad we went to Mattress Firm, highly recommend! Ask for Omar!!”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”
