“Len was great. My Dad has dementia and Len treated him so kindly. He also didn’t try to upsell us. He gave us the mattress Dad felt most comfortable with. We took a lot of Len’s time. He was welcoming and gave us as much time as we needed. He genuinely was pleased that he found the right mattresses for Dad to sleep on.
