Absolutely legendary levels of incompetence. Walked into this MetroPCS hoping to upgrade a phone — left wondering if I’d accidentally wandered into a prank show. The guy behind the counter barely spoke English and clearly had zero interest in speaking Customer, either. We showed him the text offering us an upgrade, and he hit us with a flat, soul-crushing “No you don’t,” like a discount Darth Vader shutting down dreams.
No explanation. No checking the system. No “Let me see what I can do.” Just pure apathy radiating off him like secondhand smoke. He didn’t lift a finger to retain us as customers. No options. No suggestions. I’ve gotten more enthusiasm from vending machines.
If you’re into confusion, dead-end conversations, and the thrill of being gaslit by someone paid to help you, this is your spot. Otherwise, run. Run fast. And take your upgrade dreams elsewhere.

There is a young guy there who is very helpful and patient..he is also respectful I believe his name is Harley I hope I got his name right. I would go to him for help..he has helped me a couple of times and I was satisfied with his service 👍

My sister uses this store routinely and pays for a subscription for both her and my mother. Her phone was getting advertisements every few seconds and I couldn’t fix it. Today the man serving her told her “old people get viruses.” Shameful. This is not the first time she has been mistreated by the team there.

I think you better get better management in this store along with other stores in the near future. It's not funny when you want to pay your bill and the machine doesn't work. I will be going to T-Mobile for business next month. I don't recommend this metro to anyone. Service sucks. Maybe the better business bureau needs to be notified.
