The worst banking experience in my life,I have never been humiliated like this in my life.this black American lady just humiliated me and my pregnant wife in the worst way after spending 3hrs in queue.I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone.

I've been with TD since before they were TD. Almost (If not over) 20 years now. I don't have enough time to write my thesis on why this bank is bad, or all the issues I've had with them. I have 2 accounts. I received a new card for the one, but not the other. Went in, waited 30 minutes, and because it was after close I guess they were in a hurry to get me out. After my 45 minute long lunch break, I left with a new card for the WRONG ACCOUNT. Now I have to try and go back AGAIN, to get the correct one. Heaven forbid you call their 800 service, you just get transferred around and hung up on. Bank elsewhere. I just don't understand how or why this is even possible, especially in the banking world. What if a mistake was made and too many zeros were added to a deposit or withdrawal? How can you generate a new card for the completely wrong account...

I Love the new way TD Bank made it easy and convenient for me to get to the services I need without, all that frustration, and hassel with passwords, accounts, mobile deposit. It helps a whole less time on phone talking with agents/ representative I see the possibilities for that. Thank you TD Bank

I normally bank with a different TD branch, but the other day I decided to stop here to make a simple deposit through the drive through on a Wednesday afternoon at about 4:15 pm. Three lanes were occupied and one car was ahead of me with only one teller working. I could tell she was frazzled and overworked. I waited for 25 minutes before getting into a space. While I was waiting, the car behind the car directly behind me decided to jump the line and move into the 3rd space once it cleared. She blamed me for not "choosing a lane" when I argued that being the next car in line, I get the next free lane.After the headache of the argument with the line jumper and the whole experience taking more than 30 minutes, I called the branch to speak with a manager when I pulled away. I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone. I said I am ready to write a bad review about the branch but will refrain from doing so if I get a call back by the next day. Two days have gone by and no call back.If anyone cares about my 2 cents, there should be a sign better directing cars to wait in a single line until the next lane opens. Next, under no circumstances should a complicated transaction hold up other customers who may have quicker ones. One of the cars was in the lane for 25 minutes. The bank should have resources to pass a more complicated drive-thru transaction along to someone else in the branch so the teller can keep the line moving. Without that, you have zero respect for your customers' time.Since no manager or anyone from the branch cared to call me back, here's my review. I am not returning to this branch again ever, and will make sure I do business only at the Folsom branch where this sort of nonsense never occurs.
