I sure do miss Beatty gas No tank rental fees for not using enough gas to thier liking. They should just call it what it is, a penalty fee.

Need to call them when your at 60%. Maybe then they'll get their before you run out. No way should it take 2 or more weeks for a delivery.

We got quoted a different amount than what we paid for 5 days prior to delivery. Once gas was delivered we were OVER charged and had to pay an extra $107.00 on top of what we were originally quoted and had paid for over the phone. This was our first experience using ferellgas and I will NEVER use/recommend them again. I really wish we would've chosen somewhere else for better customer service and price.

I am writing this on behalf of my father. He recently received a letter from your company letting him know that his service is going to be discontinued. They are coming to take away his tank because he doesn’t use enough gas! He is 81 y.o. & lives alone! How low can a company go as to disconnect an elderly mans service because he doesn’t cook enough. I hope you are proud of this type of treatment towards the elderly!

Big rip off. Charges you for having a tank of theirs and charge you a set amount even if you didn't use much gas.
