It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer ship, family owned business, they all were so nice ,very helpful and had great vehicles to pick from,never did they pressure you too buy and answered all are questions and the quickest paper work process I have had . Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called on Friday evening to see if a vehicle was available but it was a little after hrs so I didn't get an answer. A few mins later I received a text from them asking what they can help with. I asked if the vehicle was available and the answer was yes. I told them I would be there at 10am on Saturday, when they open , to check it out and if I like it, I would buy it. We arrived at 9:40 am.and was walking around the lot, waiting for them to open. To our suprise, the jeep we wanted to see was rolling into the lot with 3 people in it. We was a bit confused but didn't think much of it. Those 3 went inside , so we figured we would also, thinking they wasn't open yet, and technically they weren't. We got inside and a gentleman asked what we needed and I told him we was there to see the jeep. He told me that we would have to wait and see what happens with the people who was in the jeep. Apparently they walked in before we got there and took it for a test drive. I told the salesman that I was in contact with them the night before and drove 2 hrs to get there at 10am to be there when we said we would. He said the other people walked in before we got there. Then they sold.it to them as we were standing there. You would think they wouldn't have let those people drive it, knowing we was coming, or at least call me to see if we was still coming. Neither happened, they just sold it as we stood there. Most ignorant thing that has ever happened to me at a car dealer. 1st time there and the last time.

Great experience. Fast process. Had an issue with truck the day after purchase. Took care of problem immediately and gave us a loaner truck while ours was being repaired.
***5 months later, life changed, truck needs changed. Stopped in again on a Saturday with no heads up, Caleb stepped up again and stayed late to get the deal done! Loving the new Truck… again! Thanks again Griffith Auto Sales.
