Auto delivery works like a dream. Price is great. The few times I've actually interacted with the delivery man he has always been pleasant and friendly. Same with the customer service reps.

No one showed up for the appointment I had scheduled for today on Friday of last week. When I tried to call and find out why the call center would only say I didn't make the appointment. After 45 minutes on the phone and being hung up on twice, I finally gave up which I feel like was the goal of the callcenter.

I have been out of LP gas for3 days. Every time I call I get either a computer or outsourced call center. They tell me it's on the way or delivery will be first thing tomorrow. Yet its always a no show. Look at the corporate website. It brags of its great service. I've been a customer for 35 years. I won't be starting Monday

Terrible customer service. We had an emergency and cannot get anyone to escalate to get a faster delivery, even with paying the extra $300 and the hiked up price per gallon.

YOUR COMPANY IS THE MOST DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. I NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER TO CALL AND REQUESTED A FEW TIMES BUT NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY SEEMS TO CARE. I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I WAS CHARGED FOR DELIVERIES THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. AND OVER CHARGED FOR SERVICES. PLEASE HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME.

When it was cold out and my tank was 17%, I could NOT schedule a delivery . It took about 7 phone calls and finally an emergency to get a delivery. Your website is EXTREMELY SLOW. It was a bad experience.After a propane delivery Amerigas deducted over $200 ( we are on a monthly budget plan)! Why wasn’t this prorated over 12 months on my budget plan??? A few days later Amerigas deducted my monthly amount for their regular budget payment plan!!!

Worst company pre payed and can’t get a delivery customer service in Philippines useless heard back saying they Wii call but doubt it if not by tomorrow I will fill a complaint with pa attorney general

I scheduled an appointment to top off my propane tanks. When I asked if they had any discounts, the rep said yes. It was only about $10.00 but every dollar saved is a dollar saved. There was a 7 day window but 2 days later someone came to deliver the propane. The driver was very courteous and when I explained that I lost propane during the winter when the house closed was closed, he told me that I needed turn the on/off dial all the way off. That will save me money next winter when I close the house again. A Pa. winter is just too cold!!
