I had a very good experience with Jared at the Honesdale AT&T. He was very helpful with trying to fix my old phone. He was patient and was willing to share information that was helpful to getting my old phone fixed! Overall I was very pleased with Jared and my experience with the Honesdale AT&T.

I stopped in with my son this afternoon to investigate and resolve a billing issue that originated at another location. We were greeted by Lexi Loor. Lexi was very pleasant and professional and far more knowledgeable than the entire team at the other location. Her eagerness to help had our problem identified and corrected within minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Lexi is a true asset to your company.

Can’t say enough about the service we received at the AT&T store in Honesdale PA. Lexi is super knowledgeable and got my account switched over from my previous carrier to AT&T’s FirstNet. As a First Responder, FirstNet is crucial in getting the job done. Thanks AT&T and Lexi!
