Spent just under $300 just to have to clean it all over again myself

I paid to get the full service done including detailing and the undercarriage treatment. It took all day but when I went to pick up the car the detailing looked fine even though there were a couple of spots they missed but then I realized that they never did the undercarriage it was still dirty under the car and dry.. when I called the shop they said that the treatment that they use you can't tell once it's applied but I told them that the bottom didn't even look like it had been touched at all or even cleaned. The girl said that I could bring it back and they would be the undercarriage treatment and it would only take about 5 minutes which made me really suspicious of the quality used in this treatment. Needless to say I won't be taking my vehicles back

Not only does Auto Express do a phenomenal job on vehicles, I dropped off my camper a few days ago and it was in pretty rough condition but they made it spotless! Always good service and very reliable. Thank you Kenzi & Kenny for the amazing work!!

Picked up a couple vehicles with a friend of mine, they did an awesome job, towed a boat to them for another friend (haven't seen that yet but I'm waiting to see how great it came out), price is more than fair for the job that is done, they can clean to the point your vehicle looks new. Very friendly aswell, they treat your stuff with alot of care too.

I was excited to try this business as I had passed them on several occasions while traveling to family. I am six weeks away from giving birth and wanted to get a nice detail on my vehicle as I traveled to visit family from where I live in MD. In addition, the shop is veteran owned and I like to support our veterans. The full auto detail was costly ($275 plus tip), but for good service and a very clean car I was willing to pay. I was hopeful based on reviews that they would do a great job. Unfortunately, it was a no detail, detail that I received. The day of service I never received a call saying my vehicle was done. Upon arrival about 30 minutes before they closed, the shop manager asked me to look over my car. I did and there were lots of details missed, dog hair, marks on outside of car, blemishes inside of car, dirt, etc. They spent an additional 45 minutes fixing them. While they were apologetic and nice, I was trying to allow them to make it right as the detail is not cheap. The manager asked for me to look over the car once I got home and to reach out if I noticed anything else. I did just that and found many more details missed, rearview mirror untouched, windows weren't clean, center console was never touched, speedometer cluster was untouched amongst many other things. I reached out the following morning and provided photos. The only solution they provided was I come back in for them to do again. I explained to them that is not feasible as I live 4.5 hours away. I was told they would get back to me after sending photos and I never heard back. I reached out again and never heard back. I'm extremely disappointed as it was very costly and the quality of work and attention to detail was very poor. For a business to charge that much money and miss very obvious and many things that are inclusive of a full detail and not provide a feasible solution to make it right is not ok. I wasted $300 and will not be a returning customer. Unfortunately, there is no option to post photos, otherwise I would show the lack of detail to my detail!Service: Auto detailing
