Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn't add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.”
