“I just had my vehicle inspected and bought 4 new tires. The staff was very professional and polite. The waiting room was nice. The price was good (what I expected). It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. I was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend them.”

“I've been driving EVs since 2020 and I've NEVER had such good service as I did here. Other dealer service centers will accept appointments and then not have a EV tech available or will take hours to do extremely simple EV maintenance. This place reached out ahead of time to confirm that they'd have an EV tech on-hand, then only took an hour to do the scheduled maintenance for a VERY reasonable price. I also never felt like I was being talked down to as a woman, which I've experienced elsewhere. I'm so relieved to find a place in NEPA that will make maintenance less of a hassle.”

“Marcus did an excellent job repairing my car after it was hit by a Dodge 5500 dump truck. You can’t even tell that my car was ever damaged. Marcus is also very professional. He did the job in the time that he said it would be done. I am very pleased with the results.”

“I can say that they are very good at what they do in the automotive business. They did a great job everytime I go there and I tried 5 different places, but they are worth the expense of having my vehicle repaired the right way. I highly recommend if you need you vehicle fixed.”

“An old-school kinda place where you know the person you are speaking to isn't giving you a line, trying to get you to pay for something that you need not pay for. Mike is trustworthy, the sort of man a person can seal a deal with over a handshake and nothing more and feel as comfortable as if they had a signed contract. I have been a customer of his for many years and I have never once regretted bringing any automobile I have driven to him. There's not a lot of places like Mike's left in the world and when you find one, you want to use it while you can, before it disappears and all you have left are ridiculously overpriced dealer shops and the sorts of places where the faces of the mechanics turn over too quickly to bother learning their names. I would recommend him to anyone I cared about or respected without a moment's hesitation.”

“Owner operator Joe Kellam went out of his way to help me, a stranger from out of town, with only a handshake deal. A virtual handshake at best. Thanks Joe, check is in the mail. Believe it when you see it. Troy”

“Jason was very honest. I appreciated his confidence in being able to repair our vehicle with, I quote, "better than OEM quality." We haven't completed the repair yet, but when the resources become available, well be going straight to Horst!”

“The hardest part was deciding between two Jeep models. I'm glad nobody tried to make the decision for me. We calmly compared the trim levels, maintenance costs, and fuel economy. After that, I had no doubts about my choice.”

“I am so pleased with the experience I had at the Honesdale Kost Tire auto center. We had service almost immediately. They plugged our tire and charged NOTHING for the service. The Store Manager SCOTT , was professional and courteous. I especially appreciated his Honesty, He did not try to take advantage of our situation and sell us unnecessary items. I have been a KOST TIRE customer for sometime, I highly recommend KOST for your auto needs. They never over charge , the workmanship is the highest quality, your needs will be addressed in a timely manner. I will never go elsewhere to buy my tires. Sincerely Randy and Fred Blitz”

“Popped in randomly last Saturday. Had a great conversation with Kurt Z. He showed us what we were interested in, talked through options on the vehicles and offered alternatives/things to think about. Very nice experience and I'd be happy to give my business to him.”
