Michelle is the rudest employee I have ever encountered in a customer service position. This is the second time she has behaved in an unprofessional, unhelpful, and condescending manner towards me while I was attempting to check out. In both instances, she could have easily solved the challenge at hand, but refused to both times. Both times, management had to step in (Brenda is lovely). In the first instance, Michelle actually clocked out and left in the middle of her shift when she was held accountable in front of management. Today, she simply walked away and refused to help me solve a very easy coupon related issue. Hopefully, she receives some disciplinary action and/or coaching soon as the fact that she is allowed to treat customers this way is appalling. I say this as someone who spent years in client services.

I am appalled at the rude customer service my boyfriend received today at the cvs in Honesdale PA. He was doing an UBER order and he needed assistance finding stuff in the store and the lady goes “oh you’re not shopping for yourself you’re doing UBER?” My boyfriend replied “yes it’s an UBER order” the store associate then replies “oh I’m not helping you, I don’t get paid to help UBER people.” Please enlighten me on how that’s in anyway shape or form acceptable? I am absolutely disgusted! This issue better get resolved. There shouldn’t be no discrimination going on. A customer is a customer regardless if they are shopping for themselves or someone else!

Good, clean store with friendly staff. They have a pharmacy drive-through and offer delivery service.

Expensive, but they have almost everything you need in the way of medical supplies and medicine. Pharmacy in store as well.

Love love this pharmacy! The staff is amazing considering they are understaffed. I get text notifications when my prescription is ready. Yes, they are busy and overwhelmed sometimes but I'm never there more than 5-10 minutes. Thank you to all who work there for being so patient. You all deserve raises for how hard you work!

I work in Oregon and had to come home for the weekend for a funeral. I reside on Long Island but I also live in PA, where my family resides. I had to go to the ER in Oregon before my flight because I've had an unbearable excruciating toothache. The hospital gave me 3 scripts to get filled, and I asked them if they would work since they're out of state, but I just had to make sure even though I don't think a hospital would steer anyone in the wrong direction. So I went to CVS in Carbondale first and they said that CVS in honesdale will take my New York insurance and will fill my scripts DEPENDING on the pharmacist?!?!! .. anyways, I called and they said no because it'll back up their system...... so they can but they don't want to is what he meant to say. So I called again today and they told me to come in with my scripts so I did and I almost paid out of pocket with a discount that this nice lady who was helping me use. But then as I walk away I hear someone say "Stephanie!" So I turn around and ROB said no it cannot be finalized because it's out of state. Fast forward I'm now sitting at rite aid and I explained to the pharmacist what was going on and the pharmacist said no that's not true. And they are helping me AND it's going through my insurance. Long story short ROB is so worried about his system being backed up and the inconvenience of my toothache / infection that could turn into sepsis, ROB doesn't care about you. ROB is just lazy & only cares about the work load, or lack there of, that he has to do. Thank you rite aid !

Today was my last bad experience at CVS. For the last three months I’ve been very patient. I call in a prescription and they say it’ll be ready and not once has it been i usually wait for nearly an hour regardless. There are a few nice ones at the pharmacy but for the most part the women are miserable and rude. I don’t care anymore about them being understaffed. I’m taking my business elsewhere. What a joke

Least professional “pharmacy” imaginable. Avoid at any cost. Will be sitting now for just about 2 hours for a simple prescription.Seriously, how are these your “best” employees lol.

DO NOT USE AS A PHARMACY, understaffed and slow, avoid going there because that'll make the understaffing worse, 20 minute hold on the phone and then I couldn't get my medication covered by my insurance because their computer froze up and couldn't be used, I waited for over 30 minutes before I gave up, awful experience

Got there at 1:30 exactly to pick up a script. The pharmacy screen was open. Was told they HAVE to close at 1:30 for a half hour lunch as she closed the screen. I live 45 minutes away and have to sit here fuming for half an hour.

Not worried about myself, very unfair to my mother who is disabled and limited. Walked in and the pharmacist insisted covid shots need to be scheduled. As I stated to her, the signs at the pharmacy, along with the info stated online (pictured) need to be changed to reflect scheduling online only. Your customers directed us to Rite-Aid and Walmart.
