10/10 would recommend! Called them when they opened at 7, our water was back on by 9:48 am. Replaced the tank and pressure switch. Brian and Allen were friendly, personable and competent. I don’t know what else a homeowner could possibly ask for. Thank you!

Amazing company! I had used another company and they never really tried to fix my issue. Fritz Brothers came out two days in a row and took the time to diagnose the real problem and had me up and running with water.. they’re amazing!

Called this company because we are having issues with our well pump or pressure regulating valve (went to turn on a faucet last night while doing laundry and it just didn't come on and we noticed the washing machine had stopped filling up). My husband went to assess what the issue was and we figured out it had to be one of those two issues. I called this company and they said they couldn't get out until next week, to which I said, "Okay which day" and the guy said he didn't know. They don't book appointments because they don't know what Monday will look like? Very strange. Didn't ask me any questions to try to figure out if I would be considered a "no water" call. Very disappointed in the fact that they were not willing to book an appointment or ask questions to decide whether or not we would be deemed worthy of an appointment on Monday. Would not recommend this company based on how they treated my call.

Over the years I've repaired more than a couple wells for friends and family. Most water systems that I came in contact with had a Fritz Brothers sticker. I recently went to their store in Honesdale for salt needed for a water softening system. My first time in the store. First thing I noticed was the large selection of plumbing products. The second thing was the excellent service I received. I highly recommend Fritz Brothers for all your well and water systems

We called Fritz Brothers this morning, as we were having well water issues and they came out within a few hours and the guys were very fast, very thorough and very helpful with replacing my 36 year old well pump!I highly recommend Fritz Brothers!
