Friendly staff and good selection of well priced tools

The managers there are absolutely horrible towards others..and customers...so much they dont even want to talk to Jay....both Cassey and Jay make this place a hostile work environment and a serious lack or respect towards customers...they have lost several large businesses and other customers I am friends with like a local towing company and construction companies......seeking legal councel soon of it doesnt stop... most of the employees and ex employees we have in this case that are willing to go to court will with no problems... we're actually hoping the head district manager Stephanie gets involved and solves the problem before legal action occurs....6 people left or quit for being retailiated agains...Yhe store manager and sales manager need to go instead of all the good employees..we have 4 years of documentaion...texts emails...just waiting for 1 more instance and our law firm we have will continue with a lawsuit.. warning this place is not a good place to work...i will be posting on social media for local areas to find out how many people had a bad experience with Jay or Cassey..because some locals wont even speak to Jay and said he is arrogant.....i dont work there thank god because it would make the news... I have caught the management belittling fellow employees right in front of me in front of other customers...that was Cassey ..the lady behind me said oh my god she is a nasty soul..

New level in low quality imported tools. Floor Jack's look OK but loose pressure, hand tools, sockets, and ratchets are made of some sort of soft steel/metal and brake easily. Grinders, drills, sanders or other power equipment have a tendency to overheat and on/off switches get stuck in usually on position, if equipped with (potentiometer/ variable speed of operation) after few uses get stuck in either highest or lowest speed. Welding machines are just low quality imitations of solid brands like Lincoln Electric. Don't even want to get into a subject of drill bits, battery power tools(cordless), and sand paper. Material you're trying to work with metal/wood will greatly damage your newly acquired "professional" drill bit or sand paper. God forbid winches... Those tools are not safe nor reliable. Lifetime warranty is also cr.. depending on sales/store associate judgment/mood. The question is if you want to compromise your safety or your employee for a couple of dollars? No, thank you...

Found what I needed quickly at HF when it took forever to find the similar product at twice the price at the Depot. Not great for everything, but what it has is fine for most people's needs.
