The staff at Seaman’s is outstanding. I have 5 dealer’s within 8 miles of me. ( vs Seaman’s 18 miles ) But thier knowledge, customer service is….to be politely correct - terrible. I purchased a pontoon boat from Seaman’s and it was a great experience. ( even due to Covid) I have had service / warranty work done nothing but outstanding. !! Had a simple broken u bolt on my fishing boat trailer. And only Seaman’s went well above effort to get me the right part. The other dealers had no interest just what they had in stock. I would and will give them my money ( prices are competitive) instead of on line and the seasonal/ weekend dealers around the lake.

I have purchased my docks and boats here and have always had terrific experiences. We also use them to service and store our boats and they have always been very accommodating. The entire staff there is terrific and Mark in service is very helpful every time we need his help.

They were very thorough when doing our walk thru after purchasing our new pontoon boat and explaining it's features and how to operate it. There was an error when printing up title, which they were very helpful and quick to resolve. We noticed a crack in the console when we got it home, they ordered a new one. Waiting to have new one installed, hoping for great service and results we've received so far 🤞

I highly recommend this place. I have bought 2 boats from them. Mark the owner has always gone above and beyond my expectations to resolve any on my concerns and make sure I was completely satisfied whenever I had an issue. This is a business trait that is hard to find nowadays.

I can boil down my Seaman's Marine sales/service experience to a single word; Superb.
This is the fifth boat I have owned (the first Pontoon) and I drove about four hours to receive simply the best sales and service in my entire boating experience. The folks at Seaman's know their stuff, are no-nonsense when it comes to support and after-the-sale service and have made my family and I smile for hours on end. I was hesitant to make such a major purchase so far from my home, but there hasn't been any reason to regret my decision.
I haven't received such service from any other marina or boat sales outfit, and I am so pleased I decided to go with the Seaman's Marine family.

Had a EZ dock delivered by Seaman's Marine recently. The crew of 3 did a great job installing and explaining the maintenance and operation of various components. They also removed my old dock and hauled it away. Kudos to Seaman’s Marine and their excellent staff!

I phoned several marina's prior to contacting Seaman's Marine. Unfortunately, I got the run around about pricing, delivery costs and in most cases, they did not return my phone calls.
Jessica at Seaman's made the boat buying experience a breeze. She was friendly, efficient and even discounted the cost of the boat and trailer by a significant amount. I highly recommend them!

They made the process of buying my first boat super easy, with no hidden fees. Super friendly and informative.After picking up the boat, the trailer tire went flat due to a nail I picked up on the road. They sent out their mechanics to change the tire, at no cost. Amazing customer service and overall great experience. 10/10 will be returning for future purchases/services. Cannot recommend them enough!

Bought 2 old town pdl. Good deals on both. Took our old town sportsman’s on trade. Had an issue with the drive being noisy and jamming up on occasion. End of season took it up on a Friday morning. Friday afternoon got call that a bearing went bad. Service department was going to order parts through warranty. Stopped up the next week he showed me it. Old town wanted a few questions answered. Gave them info. Showed me what was bad. Got call that old town was replacing drive under warranty. Service went above and beyond what they had to.
