I recently went to the store to activate a personal hot spot device. I had purchased my iphone 14 from the store so I knew their customer service and attention to detail is excellent.Edmund, the store manager, helped me. He did a great job. Easy to set up the new device.We talked about the T Mobile Customer Experience and Value Proposition. We agreed that T Mobile offers the most comprehensive value package of all the cellular providers. The company cares about their customers. I had previously been both a verizon and att&t customer but switched over to TMobile because I went to their store and talked with the team.Everyone is focused on the customer experience and does all they can to make your service the best in the industary.I'd give this TMobile store 7 stars if the system would let me!Thank you,Mark

My switching to a Pixel 7 was a nightmare, But Tim ,RJ, and Steve Almost, I repeat, Almost made it painless. Still a Nightmare.Just want a phone for basic communication, research.

I contacted store to see what time they closed. Staff informed me that they would close approximately an hour. I drove 45 minutes to location only to find out. There network server was not operational. They never attempted to contact me instead awaited until I arrived at the retail space

One of best thing I did after long time stuck with Verizon compare to that T mobile have best customer service and honest sales personal they are very fast in good response there plans are better and will save money in long term. One think you have to know they do not have covrage every area like Verizon but they are getting better and better.where I am living it is pretty remote area no one have best service there I had to comect on WiFi calling mostly with Verizon or t mobile anywaybut with ,T mobile I am saving 60 us dollar for 2 line i.tjis is best decision I made I am very happy and highly recommend T mobile

Deals and phones offered are great. Current cell service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Switched to T mobile from Verizon and it's the biggest regret I've made. Calls drop every time, not exaggerating either, I rarely make it through 1 full minute. Texts constantly failing to send, usually face time my children back home but if I don't have a strong wi-fi connection it's impossible due to the data in this area.Do your research before switching, deals are meant to be enticing but once you switch you'll realize you've got no signal in a 30 mile radius unless you live directly in the middle of a very large city.

T-Mobile has my bill for 3 phones and I paid it before I noticed it. Called customer service and they said it was taken off the bill but there's no credit for phone I was charged for and NEVER had. I've been duped into the contract but will be changing to ANY OTHER CARRIER when it's done. T-Mobile has NO concern or accountability for their own mistakes. BUYER BEWARE.

Such a wonderful experience! I made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and could not be happier! RJ and Korinne were so helpful and patient with setting everything up! Highly recommend this store and T-Mobile!

Finally, no need to drive all the way to Scranton for TMOBILE! Upgraded 3 phones and had almost the entire staff helping to expedite the process. Great service in the store and on the phone!
